Had a short wait, but when the technician got on the phone she was very qualified and within a few minutes helped me resolve all the issues I called about and also walked me through how to find my answers in the future. I am very satisfied with this product and the service assistance.

It DOES require a working internet connection to configure, which is why I did not want the wizard and wanted it to work myself. I have a client that needs some specific security settings hence why I did not plug the router into my home internet to configure it. Anyway, it's a good router but be aware that if you expect a friendly wizard and your internet is down for some reason, good luck.
