Initial problems at start, but Linksys fixed them

Not only did that call fix the problem, but they called me back a few days later AND sent follow-up email inquiries to ensure my issue had been resolved. That's awesome customer service, Linksys!

A bit complicated, but great support, great router

Big problem. I called the support number, got connected right away, and the helper could not have been more informed. She talked me through the installation (which was pretty complicated), and it works great.

Great router for mid-size home.

This new router works pretty well, but I may still need a wi-fi extender because of the distance of the Ring products from the route. Overall very pleased with the product.

Great performance at a great price

Was considering a mesh network, but it would have been expensive, so gave this a try. Speeds more than tripled, and house is completely covered. Easy installation as well. Highly recommend!
