    I had to give a rating and recommendation in order to submit the review. But, I have not yet set up the Lynksys Router. When I talked to AT&T, they told me it would be compatible but I would need a computer tech to calibrate it so it would work with AT&T. Until I can get Geek Squad out to do this, it is not connected.

    Initially, the thing would not work, so a call to Linksys' customer service, though long, finally got the device working. Not only did that call fix the problem, but they called me back a few days later AND sent follow-up email inquiries to ensure my issue had been resolved. That's awesome customer service, Linksys!

    I ran into the problem that I had to be online to install this router, but I needed the router installed to get online. Big problem. I called the support number, got connected right away, and the helper could not have been more informed. She talked me through the installation (which was pretty complicated), and it works great.

    I was having trouble with an older wireless router that couldn't cover my not-so-large house. Was considering a mesh network, but it would have been expensive, so gave this a try. Speeds more than tripled, and house is completely covered. Easy installation as well. Highly recommend!
