Maybe someday I'll need the bells and whistles but as of now it's still slow and freezes. I've tested my modem by connecting it directly to my computer so I know the problem isn't with the modem it's with the router. Linksys customer support wasn't helpful at all. I've purchased my last Linksys product.

Prior to this purchase, we were having all kinds of problems between our laptops, the internet, movies we wanted to watch, etc. but, problem was solved! It was a little pricey but well worth it.

So far I am happy with my purchase of an ARRIS Surboard modem and a Linksys WiFi unit both were recommended by the Best Buy sales rep to meet my needs.
