This is my first time buying one of these super routers but seems to work well. No complaints so far and set up was easy.

Linksys EA8500 AC2600 Dual-Band Gigabit Router.. got it on sale... Easy to set up and no more bandwidth issues with wifi!

Our six year old router finally 'bit the dust' and we went to Best Buy to purchase a more powerful replacement. We live in a three story home and wanted something powerful enough to cover all three floors. On the recommendation of the Best Buy sales associate, we purchased this model. It is everything the doctor ordered!

It was very very easy to install, just followed the instructions. The performance on the house improved on those distant areas where the previous router was not reaching. speed is also better.... at the end the chain breaks in the weaker link and not it is my network provider.

Not only does it work well with multiple devices it also works seamlessly throughout the house and outside deck.

As we added more devices things slowed down with our old router. This has improved performance

Very easy to setup. Software provided makes it easy to manage all aspects of network management.

The Linksys Router has worked great. It was easy to setup and use. I have a stronger signal through my house.

So far the rounter is working welll. It wasn't difficult to install. The direction were clear and precise.

This totally took care of all my Wi-Fi needs. I've had Xfinity cable internet for years and didn't understand why mine was slower than some of my friends. I bought an extender a year ago and that help for one room. My work requires I log into a very touchy website and I would literally have to sit right next to the router or extender in order to work on it. The salesman at Best Buy showed me some of these more expensive router and I was hesitant. It seemed I was already paying full price for high-speed internet cable. I went ahead and spent the $171 for this router. It was super easy to install took me about 30 minutes if that. I am very glad I bought this product. My internet is so fast now everything is there the instant I touch it. I have full speed internet everything at every corner of the house. I was even streaming uninterrupted March Madness games in my backyard. I am very very pleased, this works perfectly, I wish I had done it years ago exclamation point

I have had no problems with this router and the speed in which movies and games are loaded is tremendous.

I This router is very speedy for most if not all users. It delivers excellent 5GHz Wi-Fi performance if you have devices that can utilize that bandwidth If you have have many devices connected at once this is the unit for you because it features Multi-User Multiple Input Multiple Output (MU-MIMO) technology, designed to handle Wi-Fi bandwidth efficiently, hence capable of delivering better data rate to multiple connected clients at a time. The MU-MIMO on the AC2600 allows more than one device at a time to "talk" to the device. Before, the device could only "talk" to one device at a time and would have to rapidly switch between the many devices. This could cause slowdowns when many devices tried to connect at one time. With MU-MIMO more devices can transfer data simultaneously. It is very fast with 6 devices hooked up. The Linksys Smart WiFi app on Android is great! It lets you manage your network from anywhere. Overall a great future proof router (due to the 2600 standard).

I added this to my home DSL and it works great providing all the extended coverage I need.

Works really well. Easy to set up. No complaints and the website help is really good too.

I would like it to be smaller. It has four posts that stick up, which is kind of bulky.

We upgraded to a new router...mine was 3 years old and starting to die....so we went in and was reccommended to get this one, it was also on sale so that is a plus! Has worked great in my big house all the way from upstairs to the basement! Strong signal and easy to set up.

I needed a router that would stream 8 security cameras, two desktops, 3 laptops, two iPhones, PlayStation 4, and an Xbox 1, and a couple Android phones, as well as Apple TV, Roku, and a couple of smart TVs through a 3 story house My security camera DVR is on the bottom level, and my office is on the third level and the only problem that I have come across, is having to reset once a week along with the modem. It probably is something I have set wrong, but that is the only thing I have problems with. I still get 22 Mbps near the road on my three quarters of an acre lot. So its awesome!

I absolutely love this router! Plenty of wifi coverage to power all my devices and the range is superb!

I got this with a great price its the best router I ever had and I get connection from across the street... this router saved my gaming experience... highly recommend this if your serious about having good internet...

Router performs well and was easy to install. I get a great signal in my 3,000+ square foot house.
