I haven't used a retail device in many years but I am glad I purchased this one. This devices has the enterprise features like FortiGate's that I'm used to. the first one I bought didn't. I highly recommend this device! The chat support was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. I had this guy setup with public static and NAT in under 20 minutes.

It's a good option considering Cost-Benefit! I have many customers operating with UniFi equipment, I am testing and putting some customers to use LinkSys equipment. But I miss more control and management options. Management access via Smart Wi-Fi Panel needs to improve. rasectech.com

This has been so much better than renting equipment! I gave 5 stars for set up even though it was difficult because the difficulty came from my internet provider and not from the equipment itself. The customer service rep from linksys was actually very helpful in working through that issue.
