I have a small home and covers it well ..used on mainly 1st floor. If it were bigger it may have some trouble. The signal strength varies time to time in that it drops off sometimes but for the most part it suits the needs here. Good router for the price.

As long as you don't plan on doing a lot of remote administration you can't go wrong for the price.

Two times since I purchased it I had to turn it off and back on again to reboot because internet connection was lost but other than that it has been pretty good.

The speeds installed at the complex are only 15 down, 3 up but in speedtests it performed exactly to that speed. While there are multiple computers and an Xbox connected to it.

I had several laptops come into my shop that would not connect to some local "hot-spots". I determined that those laptops had an outdated driver for their internal wireless net adapter. They worked fine on my older "N" type gateways but not on the newer ones. This gateway router demonstrated the problem and allowed me to apply the fix and test for proper operation.
