Easy to set up. But the management interface is odd. They encourage you to manage it at an online portal, rather than logging directly into the device. You still CAN manage directly, but the default takes you to a website. I don't like the settings being edited from an outside connection. Occasionally locks up and needs rebooting. Seems to be related to switching between multiple VPNs.

purchased this to replace my old router and it was easy to install and is working great.

We bought this router to upgrade our home network after deciding to get a Roku and Ooma for our phone, both which work off the wireless network. It was very easy to install, the performance is super fast and I love the privacy option of having a guest network available for friends.

This router is awesome!! I can even pick up my WIFI signal outside. I couldn't have asked for a better router. It was easy to install and there's pre-installed software that adds a link to the admin panel directly to your desktop....this may not be new, but my last router is over 10 years old and this feature wasn't available.

This was very easy to setup and connect my existing wireless devices. I delayed reviewing this because video streaming will still sometimes pause during play. So far haven't resolved this issue and beginning to think it will stick. Prior router, a slower-rated Linksys, did not have this issue.

I was looking at routers as my old one had died. The staff at Best Buy pointed me toward this one because of the size of my house (1900 square foot rambler). This router has an incredible wifi range. Even outside of the house and 100ft away from the router I could still connect to it. Easy setup and use as well! Definitely a great choice if you live in anything bigger than an apartment.

This item was recommended by a Best Buy consultant with the expectation that it would be able to reach devices on three floors in my home as part of a home theater design. It has been in place for about 3 weeks and has worked well so far. In fact, its range is many times greater than the unit that it replaced, so much so that an extender that was part of the original design was not used.

I have been a Netgear fan as I never had problems until now. I have had to constantly monitor it to see if it had dropped the wifi connection. Always a surprise to find we had been using data instead of being connected to wifi. The Linksys is great. Not one dropped connection. Easy to setup. No more Netgear for me. I couldn't be more pleased. This was an excellent purchase.

An excellent wireless router, easy to set with linksys setup tools and wireless access. You do not have to be at your computer to manage your settings, preferences, or security. This can all be accomplished by login into Linksys website.

Easy Setup, Good Speed for streaming movies. We mainly only stream 2 movies at any given time max with no problems. Good range. No complaints. Work from home with no problems getting into network and working with excellent connectivity.

I got this as a new router for the apartment I moved into. I use quite a few advanced features like port forwarding so that I can access web interfaces on my home network from the internet. I took about 30 minutes to do an initial setup of what I wanted, and then maybe another 30 minutes to tweak everything just right. I didn't have to do anything special to get it hooked to the internet. I just plugged the cable from the modem into the router, and it detected everything just fine. I like the fact that I can put high priority devices in a list (only 3 though) so that when I have downloads going, I can still use the internet regularly on other devices. Overall, it's a good router for someone who wants more bells and whistles. It's probably overkill for someone who doesn't know how to use them though.

This router was very east to set-up and is performing great.
