Sometimes the best place to install your node has no table, shelf, or cabinet nearby. This allows you to safely mount your node o the wall, beam, post, etc... and hide as much of the wire as you prefer inside the bracket itself. I am actually using this one when we temporarily use our extra node outside on the backyard patio and hang it from some screws on the side of the garage. I just wish that Linksys/Velop also offered a black one so we could also mount our black nodes (we have both white and black nodes)... Well worth the money! Great idea.

It comes with two adaptors for use with Tri band or dual band nodes. The power cord can be coiled up inside the base of the mount for a clean look without excess cord being twist tied underneath. Also includes matching color Ethernet cable and 2 Sheetrock anchors and screws to install. The mount gives you option of mounting nodes high or behind wall mounted TV.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased the 3 pack of the Velop AX4200 Tri-Band Mesh WiFi 6 System (MX12600). Under Specifications/Compatibility for this product, it states, “Fits Linksys Velop Dual-Band and Tri-Band nodes”. The AX4200 is a Tri-Band node but apparently is much larger than the nodes that this mount actually fits. Needless to say, it’s going back. I called Linksys directly and they stated that they currently do not have any wall mounts for any of the MX models. So it looks like I am going to have to find a 3rd party solution. Looks like a perfect solution for the smaller models, but not the one I purchased.

Our Linksys WHA0301 is only designed for the Linksys Velop Tri-Band or Velop Dual-Band (WHW03, WHW01 / VLP01) models, and it doesn't compatible to fit with Linksys MX12600 models.
