One problem after another, finally canceled Best Buy’s team and hired a outside plumber. The worst service experience I have ever had I would like someone from Best Buy to contact me

Only BestBuy provided the option to convert gas dryer to LP; none of the other big chain stores (i.e. Lowe’s, HomeDepot) has it thus we bought our new dryer from BestBuy. Great Service!!!
