    I thought this DVD would be similar to "Dancing with the Stars" video but it was not. In some of the dances the slow was super slow but in some of the dances slow was as fast as the fast version. Would have preferred a DVD where she gave the instruction for all dances separately and then just had the dancing.

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    Love Lisa and how she brings the dance aspect into my workouts. This is fun and energetic. This video is now part of my routine.
