Good product. Helps a lot when I can't shovel.
Issue: My hands slipped off and the handle hit the driveway. I'm only 5'4" so it didn't drop far. The battery case broke into pieces on hitting the ground. Never had a battery do that before. Makes it a bit worrisome. I had to get the battery off to put a new one in. Will need to contact company to get info on battery replacement.
Batteries do not last a long time. I have a short driveway and can't finish it in 2 batteries.
