My 3 year old son loved this little guy and wanted to play with him. I reluctantly agreed to buy him ($40 for a stuffed cat is excessive) so we could bring him home. Cuddles is great when he has fresh batteries (takes 4) and you as a parent remember to hit the off switch so they aren’t wasted. I’ve unfortunately haven’t been paying attention to the Switch and have already burned through multiple batteries causing me to spend more money on this toy than I cared to. The cat will respond to different forms of interaction like petting and will purr and meow. It’s cute. Not $40 cute though.

My son is 3 years old and absolutely fell in love with “Cuddles” while we were browsing the store. He would pet and hug him with the box and everything. I relented and decided it was a good idea to bring him home with us. $40 later and I have buyer’s remorse. The batteries don’t last very long and the cat has to be sitting in a very specific position before it shows it’s other functions. Petting the cat in the designated areas took awhile to activate and my son quickly grew tired of not being able to make the cat meow without help. If your kids are anything like mine then they’d get just as much fun out of a cheaper stuffed animal than this one.

I was very disappointed with this purchase. I ordered it online and when i picked it up at the store, the box was slightly damaged. I commented on this to the employee and she said it should be fine but if it was malfunctioning could always return it. Anyway I gave it to my niece and she literally just got to play with it for about 15 minutes and it stopped working. We thought it might be the batteries so we replaced them but still no luck. Needless to say I’m in the process of returning it. Pretty disappointed especially because it’s such a cute toy and my niece loved it.
