    My godson loves his new basketball set. The only thing im not happy about is the hoop is hard to get to stay attached to the rest of the pole so it just falls off after he hits it a couple time with the ball. It shouldnt come off. It should snap in place. Hes 2. Its not fun when it falls off.

      Please lay the basketball set down on the ground with the rim attached to the backboard. Very carefully step on the right side of the rim and you will hear a loud snap. Repeat the process for the left side and you will hear another loud snap. After hearing two snaps the rim will be assembled completely and will no longer come out of the backboard.
