I bought this helmet for my wife. She was looking for a helmet that would fit her better. Others that she found were too loose. The Livall helmet fits well and doesnt have the problem of shaking on her head even when the helmet is strapped tightly like other helmets that are poorly shaped to peoples heads are. She really likes the feature that lets you turn on the lights of the helmet just with a shake, it makes it alot easier. If you like to track your biking progress the app is helpful tracking your distances and speed traveled. The SOS feature is nice to have when biking alone as well. We didn’t want to test it out to make sure it works, but you can set the emergency contact person to be alerted which i think is very helpful. I would recommend this product.

At 370g, the Livall C21 feels barely there. The built-in LED lights, brake alerts, and fall detection add a great layer of safety. Along with the helmet, it comes with storage bags and a removable visor. My head measures 22 inches, right at the medium/large cutoff. I chose the medium, which fits snugly at its largest setting, but if you’re in a similar spot, I’d recommend sizing up to large.

I am pretty impressed with this helmet. The app is easy to use and the safety features are huge. Love that the back lights up red when braking and even has turn signals. It was also a nice bonus that it came with a storage bag and visor. Really nice touch. If your scooter or ebike goes over 14 mph i definitely wouldn't wear any other helmet since this one seems to be the only one actually certified to protect up to 28mph.

This is for my son for his e-bike. I like that it has the lights on it. It is rechargeable, and fits great.

This helmet has more than I even knew was possible! We are still figuring out the brake lights and how sensitive it can be but such a genius idea! I didn't want to do less than 5 stars because I really do not have any issues yet. Some have issues with the simplicity of the app but I find it nice as it really is only for a couple setting options and to help alert if there is a fall. No falls yet but did test to see and it did send a push notification as advertised! Will be using this helmet exclusively moving forward.

Great helmet if you have an e-bike or e-scooter as it is one of the only helmets to be rated for 28mph. Very sleek look, love the smart features like the lighting and app controls with SOS. The only thing I wish is that it was slightly more extended on the side and back for extra protection but other than that the best helmet I could get my hands on.

You can’t bee too visable when sharing the road with cars! I bought this for the extra light on the back but I love the extra protection for ebikes and the fall detection.

This helmet does it all. Safety comes first. Crash warnings to your phone and brake lights for increased safety. I just purchased the helmet and no falls or warnings yet.

Perfect helmet for anyone riding at night. This helmet protects the head, has break lights and will even send an SOS for a crash. Have not had that happen yet!

This is a great helmet and luckily, I haven't needed it for anything other than to ensure my safety. It has an intuitive app and is easy to setup. There are no instructions about how to install the visor, but it's pretty straight forward. I like the smart lights with the gyro that shows I'm breaking when riding with others or just out on the streets. Fits great and is surprisingly lightweight! I could wear it for hours without it bothering me. It fits me and my 14 year old daughter due to the easy tightening and fit adjustment.

It’s great overall. Good design, light, and the different blinking lights options are nice. The problem is that it’s way too sensitive sending out false alerts all the time! If you ride on a bump: it sends an alert! If you remove the helmet and accidentally tap it, it sends an alert. But I guess better be safe than sorry.

Little pricey but worth it love the lighting fits great not heavy

I’m really impressed with the quality of the helmet. I purchased the medium size for my son and it fits perfectly. He tells me it’s really comfortable too. I really like the rechargeable LED lights in the back, very convenient and great for safety reasons. I’m going to order one for myself.

Beautiful helmet ruined by the SOS feature. I have a short e-scooter ride around our community on smooth streets and sidewalks. The SOS gets triggered at every ride. Looks so silly riding around with the SOS flashing. I was stopped twice; once by a concerned citizen and another by a cop asking me if everything was ok. Didn’t even know then that the SOS was so sensitive and gets triggered every time. No way to disable it as far as I can see in the app. Please update the app so we can disable it. Otherwise, I love the fit, comfort, and adjustability. I’d still recommend it if they add a way to disable the SOS.
