Easy to install and has worked flawlessly. Wanted to add 2 additional cameras so contacted Lorex to find out if a particulat Lorex camera which was a different model to what I had was comparable with my present system. Got no answer on their telephone but was referred to a web based customer service center and told I would have an answer shortly. 3 weeks later got an email apologizing for the delay and advising me that they had. Already closed my ticket. No answer to my question. They then requested that I call " their sales department" during business hours.. Guess they're to busy to answer a simple question on the web site. Waiting 3 weeks is ridiculous. Very poor service, I cannot recommend this product due to the fact they will not back it up. More interested in selling than making sure their customers are happy.
