    This is a cute case; I had recently purchased it along with the JitterBug Phone, the phone I absolutely HATE. I was told that it would take at least three days to have old number sent to the phone, it took three weeks. Why? because the person placed in the wrong phone number. wow!

    This product does exactly what the package details. It’s a very effective product. Although, It was not very easy to apply so the directions could have explained the application process in a more detailed manner but we were finally able to figure it out.

    Seems like a great phone case, but returned the phone and the case because the Lively network (required for the Jitterbug phone) is absolutely terrible.
