Additionally, I called the Jitterbug Support line several times for assistance in setting up my phone - emails (established a new Gmail account), texting, etc. The reps were consistently patient, knowledgeable and we worked well together over the phone. Laptop needed cleaning

Took it to the Geek Squad at Best Buy because it was a mess. I had three malwares, They cleaned it up and after three days of working on it, I was able to pick it up and take it home. It's running very well now and the people at the Geek Squad are very friendly and helpful. I'm very satisfied with their performace and the performance of my laptop now.
