    It would be helpful to have the elastic end further down the sides of the case. Removing the phone from the case is difficult for some hands. I cut the elastic down on the sides to help in ease of access.

    Unfortunately this did not work for my husband as you can not access the phone to answer or make calls without taking it out of the case.

    Its hard to get your phone out of it,and it easy to turn your phone on silent getting it out. But other than that it is sturdy.

    I had to return the phone to Best Buy as I was unable to activate it. I did receive a replacement Jitterbug and the telephone is now active. Better instructions and communication between (Lively) and Best Buy to avoid issues.
