I like the most to be able to call the Operator and they will arrange for a ride with Lyft, I don't have to have the App. I miss being able to forward texts, but it's very easy to navigate. The User Guide isn't always helpful, you have to call them for clarification but the agents have been all very kind and patient and walked me through different processes. I love that to hang up you just close it, no frenetic finger up & down the screen. It's my main phone, small, fits in my pouch and I feel connected wherever I go. I have a second cell that I keep at home with a couple of apps that I favor, but it's too bulky to carry around comfortably.

I bought this phone for my mother who is 92. I thought it would be simple for her to use, but it's a bit confusing. She does know how to answer the calls which is great, but in the process she turns the volume down on the phone, so she can't hear it ring. For me it is a synch because I have and I-Phone, I know how to work it. the phone has everything you need, texting, voicemail, even a camera. I will keep the phone for the fact that there is a button to push for emergencies, which is wonderful!!

Got this phone for my 90 year old mom because the flip phone we got from Verizon was not user friendly. This one is. We had to switch service from our Verizon family plan and connect hers to the Lively carrier. It was worth the trouble to port her number. The Lively customer support is more accessible and personable than Verizon’s.

My Mom likes the phone. Its a great phone. Its easy to answer the phone she just have to open the flip . The key pad are visible easy to type. Its a user friendly. And it has great features she can easily take pictures . I've heard this Jitterbug before , I should have bought it long time ago. Oh well , i've finally found the perfect phone for my Mom. And its worth the price. Thanks to the JITTERBUG for making this amazing phone .....

The phone would be a five star, if the ring tone to alert you that someone was calling, was much louder. As it is now I have to keep the phone by my side or I don't hear it.

Very basic phone with large numbers. If you have an elderly parent/grandparent this is the perfect phone for them.
The only thing we found annoying was switching her account from her old phone to a new one. When you do you need the person that owns the account to do it. They won't let the son or daughter do it, you have to have the voice of the actual account holder.

I bought this flip phone for my older brother. It works great and has good reception. Also because of the easy to read keys and screen it works just right for him. He learned how to use it with ease.

Love this phone, Have had a few orginal jitterbugs and loved them all, This model is the new one and i love it as the numbers are perfect size for me with my vision. and easy to use... (Still learning a few things on it) perfect size and not all that internet stuff) recommend this for anyone but especially seniors. Thank you Best Buy for carrying these and as I said small enough to fit in your pockets , especially cargo style shorts . Easy flip top to see. Only issue i don't like which is same on many phones, is that the screen goes off when I am still trying to read the fine print stuff. YOu won't be sorry for getting one.

the phone is exactly as advertised a phone with no internet browser and big keys very helpful for those who do not want an internet phone. the only draw back about this device is that, it does not let you access your texts when you are in a phone call.

A very simple phone that is great for the elderly or anyone that is averse to smart phones. As a smart phone owner I had to resort to reading instructions to set up speed dial for my elderly mother. But...phone is simple to use on a routine basis...open the lid, dial the number or press the speed dial #, talk and hang up by closing the phone. Can only hold a maximum of 9 numbers on speed dial but that is plenty for someone without too large of a contact list.

I bought this for my 82 year old mother. She had difficulty using other cell phones. We thought this would be easier. It has been. My mother now can answer her phone and dial out. I love the emergency red contact respond call button.it works! My mom pushed it and they called me.

Best Flip Phone... ever. Large font, good speaker, & easy to use. Love it. Trust me, I have been through more than a few phones. Wish I would have done it years ago. I'm 70 y.o.

Simple phones have come a long way. My 99-year old grandmother needed a phone while away from home, and this does the trick. Nothing too complicated - speed dial helps her call me or my mom easily, and it's compact and comes with a charging port that allows the phone to stand up on her nightstand. Glad I found this!
