Great phone for seniors. The font large for eyes, easy operation, i purchased this for ny mother who is a nonagenarian.

There is a lot to like about this phone, but not enough for a higher rating. There was no way to transfer the contacts (phone numbers) from the prior flip phone to this one on making the change. This is a big deal. I had to enter them all by hand. One good thing is that the contacts could be entered using my account on the computer, so it was easier than using the flip phone itself. I like the way it charges, sitting in the base. This for a 97 year-old who has struggled with past phones to get a mini or micro USB port in the phone correctly. This is a very good thing. The phone is easy to use so far, but it is different and takes some getting used to. The plans are great. Allowing the unused minutes to roll over oneonth, and to have them used first in that following month is very good, and a significant reason this phone and plan were chosen.

I recently bought this phone from Best Buy, and I’m very impressed with it. The design is sleek, and it feels comfortable to hold and use every day. The performance is fast and smooth, and apps run without any issues. The battery life is also very good and easily lasts throughout the day. I especially like the clear display and the camera quality, which takes sharp and vibrant photos. In addition, the customer service was excellent. The staff were helpful and made the purchase process quick and easy. Overall, this is a reliable and user-friendly phone, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great device.

I bought this phone for a 93 year old in a nursing home. This is actually the 2nd Lively phone I purchased for her as she dropped the first. It is so simple for her to use. The numbers are large and easy for her to read and press correctly; it is simple to operate; and the monthly cost is reasonable. Customer service has been very helpful every time I have had the need to reach out to them.

Good phone if your loved one wants to keep it as simple as possible. Many seniors are used to having a contact phone list on a tablet. If your loved one is still in this phase or is having issues with new technology phones, this phone is great for them.

My dad has been very happy with this phone. He’s very hard of hearing and other flip phones were just got working. Buttons are large and easy for him to use. My only problem was with set up. Took longer than expected at the store as the phone kept saying there was no service for both our addresses. Seemed to be a glitch but the Best Buy employees kept at it and did a wonderful job!!!

This a great phone for my disabled senior brother. It was easy to set up. Every time I called the customer service, which was at least 5 times, I got excellent, helpful, representatives. This cell and service had the best reception in his building. I tried another provider and couldn't call out or receive calls, due to the older building with thick stone walls.

The phone itself gets 5 stars. -1 star for the service being both geared to seniors and also too obtuse for seniors to use. If you have to have the grandkids set up the phone, it's not really geared to seniors, now is it? That said, the actual service is great - it works everywhere, their tech support resolves most issues quickly and properly, and the features of the phone are as advertised. It lasts pretty much forever on a single charge, is easy to see and find, and is just a great, basic phone for older people (or teenagers who don't need social media).

Generally it is a good phone for basic needs for older people. Few problems after we bought it: it was impossible to activate it vis online, therefore we had do call to the company to activate the service and small amount of ring tones to choose ( all of them are not loud enough). Otherwise, it works fine for now ( 2 weeks after purchase)

I love this new jitterbug flip phone. It's easy to use, has everything you could want on it, and so much more reasonably priced than the AT&T flip I owned. The AT&T bills were getting higher every month, even though my usage was minimal......just for emergency calls only. I never chat on my cell phone, just the land line. There is also an emergency button on this new phone in case you are ever in trouble, help will be provided. I had one before, was talked into a new service, and regretted it. As soon as the jitterbug went on sale, I took advantage & ordered one. It was delivered in 2 days. The customer service dept. was great with helping me get connected. I'm so happy with my jitterbug flip!!

The phone is great but the sales man that help me with my purchase was not up on his accuracy everything I wanted I had it already picked out on my iPhone it was nothing to discuss other than making out the paper for the flip phone Jetter Bug I wanted to keep my old number he said it was no problem but he sent the paper work in and My phone company to send me my six digit number but Jetter Bug carrier had the wrong number that I was supposed to keep so I never got to keep my number that I wanted from my old phone not very happy I would recommend the phone but you might want to go somewhere else to buy it

I bought this phone for my mother who is 92. I thought it would be simple for her to use, but it's a bit confusing. She does know how to answer the calls which is great, but in the process she turns the volume down on the phone, so she can't hear it ring. For me it is a synch because I have and I-Phone, I know how to work it. the phone has everything you need, texting, voicemail, even a camera. I will keep the phone for the fact that there is a button to push for emergencies, which is wonderful!!

Jitterbug flip phone helps teens limit online distractions while keeping them accessible. I've bought this phone for each of my teens, four so far. While this phone is not stylish nor cool, I do not buy it for those reasons. I purchased it to keep in contact with my children, to limit Internet access (including pornography), and because it is cheap. It is reasonably durable, but if your child(ren) break it it can be replaced for less than $100. That is a huge win! The physical phone can be used with your current carrier, simply use a SIM card from your old phone or buy another SIM card from your carrier, insert into your Jitterbug flip phone and begin using it. No additional setup is needed! I hope this review helps you.

Love this phone, Have had a few orginal jitterbugs and loved them all, This model is the new one and i love it as the numbers are perfect size for me with my vision. and easy to use... (Still learning a few things on it) perfect size and not all that internet stuff) recommend this for anyone but especially seniors. Thank you Best Buy for carrying these and as I said small enough to fit in your pockets , especially cargo style shorts . Easy flip top to see. Only issue i don't like which is same on many phones, is that the screen goes off when I am still trying to read the fine print stuff. YOu won't be sorry for getting one.

This is a great phone that is easy to use. We wanted to keep in touch with my grandmother while she went out about her daily errands, but we found that a touchscreen cell phone was too much for her to use. Then we found out about jitterbug, the large buttons and easy to navigate menus made this a breeze for my grandmother. She even calls us more now that she can reach us when she's out around town.

My Mom likes the phone. Its a great phone. Its easy to answer the phone she just have to open the flip . The key pad are visible easy to type. Its a user friendly. And it has great features she can easily take pictures . I've heard this Jitterbug before , I should have bought it long time ago. Oh well , i've finally found the perfect phone for my Mom. And its worth the price. Thanks to the JITTERBUG for making this amazing phone .....

I bought this flip phone for my older brother. It works great and has good reception. Also because of the easy to read keys and screen it works just right for him. He learned how to use it with ease.

So glad I dropped in Best Buy - - was looking for another inexpensive phone for home use when I spotted the Jitterbug and at a great price. I was even more happier when the nice sales clerk helped me through the whole process of buying, setting up the phone and getting started. The jitterbug is small and easy to use. I love it

A very simple phone that is great for the elderly or anyone that is averse to smart phones. As a smart phone owner I had to resort to reading instructions to set up speed dial for my elderly mother. But...phone is simple to use on a routine basis...open the lid, dial the number or press the speed dial #, talk and hang up by closing the phone. Can only hold a maximum of 9 numbers on speed dial but that is plenty for someone without too large of a contact list.
