My Mom is a spry 97yrs old. I purchased this phone for her. Its screen size and user friendliness has made The Jitterbug Ma's favorite gift in years. She gets the freedom and mobility provided by a cellular device, while I get added security for Ma, provided by both the phone, as well as the wearable medical alert device ($50 value) that came free with my purchase. Add to that the discounted price of the phone, and this purchase was a no-brainer. The only reason I didn't rate the purchase with 5 stars is because no BB extended warranty was offered on my items.

Bought this for my wife when her iPhone stopped working. Phone was easy to start up and has been working good for the last couple of weeks. She uses it mostly as a phone but does some texting and emails. Would recommend if you’re tired of paying big money for an iPhone and then have the iPhone stop working 100 percent.

Since this was my first foree with a smart phone, I was surprised at how easy it was to acclimate myself with new technology & how quick & easy it was to get support from the Lively tech support group.

I purchased my Jitterbug Smart3 Smartphone at Best Buy in Eatontown, NJ on February 7, 2023. The phone has a readable menu and plenty of options/functions. I set up many contacts with ease and have made/received a number of phone calls with my new cell phone number. I have done a small amount of Internet surfing. My main issue/concern thus far has been my inability to access email with my AOL account. The Smartphone assumes that everyone has Google email, which I do not have. I spent about an hour last week with one of the Jitterbug service reps in an attempt to set up my AOL email (which should be possible, with the "other" option) but was not successful in doing so. I also spent nearly an hour with an AOL help desk technician trying to do the same thing. I'm frustrated, at this point. I have made numerous attempts on my own to set up my AOL account, again, unsuccessfully. I will continue to work on this. The Best Buy sales representative, by the way, was very knowledgeable and helpful. I may wind up returning to Best Buy for assistance in setting up my AOL account on my Smart phone. Thank you. Extremely easy to use and user friendly. Set up was great, speaker phone very loud. Nice how you can change the main screen between the jitterbug or a regular android Home Screen.

I love my jitterbug smart phone. Very easy to use. Best of all has paper booj that explains how to use everything.. Great for someone who fears smartphones. My sister has a samsung smart phone and has problems using it. Wished she had a jitterbug instead.

So easy to use. It's nice how you can add app bars and move them around. Long battery life. Sleek and modern as a smartphone for ease of use for a senior 81 years old.

I have been using this phone for about one month now. I have actually been enjoying the phone and its' ease of use. So much better than the phone that I had for over three years. Don't continue your confusion and distrust of your present phone; step up and take a chance with a new Smart 3 Jitterbug phone. Hurray for a successful purchase in the name of SENIORS!!!

This phone is so easy to use. The most important apps are already on the phone. Its large print screen helps to see if you have any visual impairments.

Been looking for a phone this GREAT, easy to use, and has big lettering; I would recommend this for anyone who has to squint to see things on the phone.

Really like this device. A truly simplified interface for elderly or impaired individuals of any age. The device itself is perky and the display is a decent size. All of the normal functionality and apps on an Android Phone remain available on this device. The good thing is they remain hidden unless you want to see or use them. Lively support is great. Truly a delight when compared to almost every other customer service department that I can think. This include Apple! Thanks for keeping support USA based Lively. People who can actually understand me and I can understand them!

My 80 yr old mom loves it. Got it to text but uses it for email as well. and phone calls thru the Subaru LCD. Had to upgrade from Smart2 because DQ app stopped working. This is fine. We use other apps for restaurants, insurance, gasoline, groceries just fine. the OS isn't a full fledged Android but t doesn't need to be until something doesn't work with it. Pretty much like anything else. great Price. Best Buy set this one up since it had to be.

Has most of features of more expensive phones but find much easier to use. Quite cheaper for the phone and service.

I bought my Smart3 phone as my Smart2 phone was dying after 4.5 years. It works pretty well, but I was surprised by the TalkBack feature, which I somehow activated unknowingly. The phone talks to me and describes every button I push; I think that feature is supposed to help people who are visually impaired. I have had to call Lively numerous times for assistance. I ordered a wall charger, and they sent me a JB7 AC Charger Kit. The docking station did not fit my Smart3 phone, so I called Lively and they sent the same thing 8 days later.

Great phone very easy for my grandmother to use nice big screen.
