The phone is very easy to use, once the number was transferred over from the other phone service the people of jitter bug I believe it is called lively their customer service, are great to work with elderly and I couldn’t ask for more,

My 83 year old mom had an I-Phone purchased by another family member for her. She was constantly having issues with it because it was too complicated for her. Purchased this phone for her along with the Mobile Plus and has made all the difference in her confidence when using a phone. GREAT for older adults. Very simple to use and understand!

The product has improved and is easier for the elderly to operate than the flip phone. Please add voice activation so the elderly can operate with just their voice! Then you will have a winner!

Good overall phone with large numbers etc. My only gripe is the connection between bthe the usb-c cord and the charging port is not a very tight fit. My 87yo mother accidentally sat on her first Jitterbug and broke the tab inside the phones charging port. Needs to be redesigned like the Mac laptop with a magnetic connection so if a senior accidentally sits on it the connection just falls off. Just be careful with the charging cable!

easy to use, large graphics, but limited capabilities. Can't be used when traveling over seas, etc. No screen repair available.

It works pretty well for my sister (who talks a lot). But her battery lasted just 2.5 years before charging failed. Some BestBuy staff said they could fix it but it would take a few weeks to get the battery; a new Smart3 cost just a little more. Ultimately Lively staff could import the old phone's contents. But Google could NOT send a verification text to an old number so the G-mail account is now orphaned. I would recommend to some friends (especially if tech-UN-savvy) but not all.

I'm very satisfied with my new Jitterbug Lively Smart phone. It's so much easier to use than my last phone; and the fact that it comes with a nice compact instruction booklet that shows you step-by-step how to do things is the best. I was never the type to keep my cell phone on all the time, but I do this one, I even have a daily alarm scheduled to ring each morning Just in case my internal alarm clock doesn't wake me up. It has a nice soft ring that doesn't jolt you out of your chair or bed. All around a pleasure to have, Thanks Jitterbug for making a phone with the older generation in mind.

The phone is very easy to use. Battery charges very quickly and holds a charge for a long time. I highly recommend for people that are not tech savvy. The dimensions are small and the phone easily slides into your pocket.

This phone is a good for elderly people. Easy to use

This phone was purchased for my 86 year old mother. She is technologically challenged! She is doing quite well as she becomes more and more familiar with the phone. It is easy to use and pretty intuitive. The limited menu options have really helped. It also comes with a very good instruction manual with pictures. I highly recommend this phone for those with limited technology experience.

I got this Jitterbug for my 96 year old mom and she loves it. It's very easy for her to use. I got a low cost plan from Verizon. Mom's landline goes out when it rains so it's great to have another way to get in touch with her.

Easy to use, large display easy to see, excellent service

Likes: ease of use, font size. Downside is you cannot hide all applications off main screen, no red button to hang up/green button to pick up call, selecting recipient to call is a 3step process. Good Customer Service support.

Large buttons and simplified operations definitely make this easier for the dexterity- and otherwise-challenged folks but there’s a limit. Comes with simplified how-to cards and complete operating manual which should make it easier for those so inclined. Also you need to use their Lively/Great Call proprietary service provider — this phone will NOT work with an ATT, VERIZON, Consumer Cellular, Mint, Sprint or any other provider. I would recommend trying this for anyone whose tried the regular services and phones and just can’t get anything to work for them.

Simple to use with icons or menu buttons for the non tech savy senior. The only major drawback is the lack of ringtone options and the volume seems a little low at its highest setting. Otherwise it is a great phone for seniors compared to other smart phones that are very complicated to navigate.

This phone was perfect for my 94-year-old mother-in-law to use. It's easy, convenient and simple. The Best Buy associate who helped me pick it out was very attentive and helpful and made the purchase and set up easy.

I purchased this for my aging father. So far much easier than the iPhone for him to use. There is a message that stays on the homescreen unless we upgrade his service, so that's not great

My smartphone 3 is a wonderful product. Easy to read and comes with easy instructions on how to set up phone ring or other features. It also comes with a direct line to Lively in case you need additional technical help. Very, very helpful.

My husband is 80 years old and it is very difficult for him to learn new things. The Verizon store embarrassed us and I left crying. Today I am crying because the young men who helped us were so caring. Chance and another employee were patient and professional. My husband now has a phone that will keep him safe and he feels so empowered by the ability to text and easily answer his calls. Thank you for a great protect and priceless people on your staff. Everyone was delightful.

I have not activated it as of now. I want to read instructions and learn all of the functions ahead of use. I bought this because of recommendation of other senior friends. I do hope this is the answer for a cell phone for me.
