They even included the tool for opening the sim card slot. It does require you to download the app which was easy and only took a brief moment to do. I still haven't figure out how to check my remaining plan but that is a me thing I am sure. Signal has been pretty good everywhere I have went though in my house it is a little low. That is not a total deal breaker for me. Overall from opening the package to read to go it was maybe a 3 minute process, mainly because my fingers are a bit large for handling little sim card slots lol. I have had zero issues with dropped calls or anything like it. For a prepaid service it honestly exceeded my expectations including how easy it was to actually get it up and running. I had allowed extra time to have to call in and get help and I did not even need too! Thank you Lively for making it so easy to switch I am looking forward to using your service!!
