I’ve used this shredder several times and so far so good. No issues. The only thing I would have liked is a light to show that it is on or a red light to show that it’s hot. If you don’t mind the missing light I would recommend. The company has great customer service as well.

A great compact paper shredder. This product works as intended. This shredder accommodates full sheets and credit cards. The window in the basket is helpful to view how full the bin is without removing the shredder.
