One of the aspects I asked was what the differences are between the high end and low end. Patrick explained the high end one wasn't really needed for the purchase. He could have told me the high end was better and I would have taken the advice. What I like about BB and its staff is they recommend what's best for the consumer. We don't need to spend all out for a good purchase. They are excellent.

This filled the bill. Resolution is all I want, software allows all adjustments I need. My only unfulfilled desire is tha,t as I am paranoid, I wish there were a mechanical way (e.g.) shutter to block the lens when not in use, or better, an off/on switch.

OK camera/mic, mounting is poor

Device works fine but the mount is ridiculous. Not really an 'attachment' at all . Its just an 'L' shaped clip with no adjustment that barely keeps the camera from sliding down the back of the monitor. Touch the monitor at all and it falls off. No way to keep the camera level without duck tape.
