This webcam is nice as it can show high quality captures on it. Good for skype and other programs that can display the cam.

I'm not using the webcam to take pictures or anything, but it definitely gives as much as a Skype connection can handle most days. Occassionally, I hear an echo, but that usually goes away pretty quickly. Easy to set up--plugged it in and the software from my old Logitech webcam found it and worked with it.

I was looking for a cheap web cam to use for Skype knowing I can't support true 720p on my internet service. I tried to install these a few times on my windows 7 64 bi and it failed (blue screen) every time - never blue screen'd before this. anyway, I posted to logitech forums and they offered to try a few things and eventually it was learned to unistall WD smartwave fro my ext Passport which must have an IRQ or some conflict. after that it fired up fine. I've used it on Skype and it does the job. for nothing too fancy give this a shot.

This camera works great. USB connection makes installation a snap with the cd that's provided. The video is clear even in low light situations. We used it on Christmas, so the Grandparents could watch the kids open their presents from the comfort of their own homes. It worked great. No drop frames over a 3MB DSL connection. Comes with Logitech software to make video calls over the internet. There's no need to use Yahoo or MSN. Very easy to set up and use.

We bought this over a month ago,,,,used it 3 times and having alot of problems with the audio!!! The picture quality is great , we have no idea what the problem is. We 've tried adjusting it, everything says it's working 'fine'... they can hear us, then they can't,,or we go 'in and out' and when we move, it's like a 5 sec delay or our head moves in slow motion. Our grkids think it's halarious ......we skype w/family every week..it's just not the quality we thought. They end up calling us , we mute the mike, and talk and see each other but talk via the phone . We can't return it now as it's too late so we're stuck. Our 'old' plug in mike and plug in camera from a discount dept. store work much better so we plug those back in when we have to , which is most of the time.

This webcam is used to Skype almost daily and seems to provide good video images.

I was a little hesitant on the purchase because the intended use was for Facetime on the Mac.(using a mac mini with non mac screen without a camera) Software isn't Mac Compatable,but with Plug N Play, it didn't have to be. Video and Sound come in great and my daughter can chat with friends and family using both Facetime and Skype. A little added bonus is that the Microphone works even when the camera is not in use, which comes in very handy for Garage Band tuning and lessons. Even at full price this was a great purchase. The clip could be a little more snug, but my monitor is about an inch thick so it does rest nicely and is easy to pivot up and down to position it. All in all, I am very happy with it.

Great Product.....this webcam was easy to setup, there are many ways you can adjust...it takes good quality video and photos,!

I bought this item online and picked it up with an hour. I Plugged it into my computer, it worked instantly, the picture quality was impressive, and the price was very reasonable.

picture is great, price is great (especially if found on sale), simple to set up.

The quality of the video is beautiful! The microphone works very well. I will admit, it took a while to download into my laptop.. six minutes. Also when you click on the icon to see yourself, it's quite slow. That may be my computer though. Other than that there is nothing wrong with it! I am extremely happy with this purchase! Good price too!

I installed this at the school I work at as an inexpensive camera to go with AlphaCard ID Card software to make student & faculty ID Cards. The computer is a Windows 8 machine and I did not have to install a driver or download separate software for the camera to be recognized. I can not comment on audio quality since it is not being used for video recording or Skype/Facetime. Picture for my purposes is very clear and good quality. Note: Be sure to use good lighting when using the camera. Been working for over a week and so far, so good!

I paid only 30 bucks for this webcam and it works great. Has a great picture and great sound.

We purchased our daughter & ourselves the Logitech so we could see our new Grandbaby & of course her. We all are really enjoying being able to see one another & talk with the entire family. Now we can see him & her in New York while we are in Florida. Very COOOL!

I got this because my old Microsoft HD webcam finally died after 2 years and I was able to find this one on a really good deal. I use it over Skype with my husband and he says the picture quality is absolutely amazing and better than the Microsoft one, however, he complains that the microphone on this one isn't as good. It doesn't pick up sound as well and when it does it sounds really "tinny" or "echo-ey". Because of that, I'm now looking into a standalone mic, didn't really want ANOTHER attachment on my laptop but it looks like I need one...

I used the Webcam for recording video assignments for class. The color and quality were good and it was very easy to install.
