I snagged this up for my 2021 iPad Pro 12.9in. I personally love it. I had the Logitech keyboard for my 2019 iPad Pro and appreciated it then, but this is a pretty solid improvement. It comes with a decent-sized keyboard, a touchpad (duh), and has a stand to prop up the device- the angle is also adjustable which is great since I use my iPad for art. The keyboard is magnetic so you can remove it from the case- which I find very convenient. The case also has an opening to place the apple pencil to charge, so that's also great. It's a feature they've consistently kept. This case however does not have any type of loop to keep the pen secured, so that's minus a few points. It can also be really hard to open the case...There isn't any easier method and can definitely be a deterrent for some. The stand also somewhat feels less sturdy at times, but that could be from residual wear and tear.

This keyboard case makes my iPad Pro feel like a real laptop. The keys are comfortable to type on, the backlight is super helpful in low light, and the trackpad works smoothly with iPadOS. I love that the keyboard is detachable — I can use the iPad on its own and snap the keyboard back on when I need it. It’s a bit bulky compared to slimmer folio cases, but the protection and functionality make up for it. The kickstand gives great viewing angles for typing or watching videos. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you want to get work done on your iPad.

I purchased this product in place of the Magic Keyboard option mainly due to price. Overall it is a great product. I love the detachable keyboard. I also like that you can remove it and magnify it to the back of the iPad. I have 3 complaints to consider. The kickoff in the back does not work well while using this on your lap. On a desk it functions great. The case/keyboard seems to drain my iPad pretty quickly. It does allow space for the Apple Pencil to magnify to the side but it does not provide any protection whatsoever. This will make it easy for the pencil to fall off and misplace. I had to purchase a 3M pencil holder to stick to the case.

Such a great keyboard / portfolio. Trackpad works well, nice corner protection on the iPad, and this is less expensive than the Apple Folio. Pencil attached with no issues. Removeable keyboard is good so it can be used as a tablet without hitting keys.

This is a really solidly built device that feels premium. The soft fabric surrounding the keyboard and protecting the back of the iPad is really pleasing in a tactile sense. The typing experience is comparable to what I have with my old Macbook pro. The clicky trackpad is responsive without being stiff. The keyboard backlight is adjustable. Unlike some others, I have been able to balance this on my lap in bed without issue. The standout features of this device for me are : a) Ability to tear the screen away from the keyboard easily. The convenience of this cannot be overstated. b) Protection for both the front and back of the device. To stow this in a travel bag with the screen being protected, simply attach the keyboard and fold it. It's great not to worry about the screen being scratched!

I wrestled with getting the magic keyboard but am glad I opted for the Logitech combo keyboard case. The keys are very intuitive and the stand gives more options for viewing. A bit on the heavy side but not

I really appreciate that the keyboard can be flipped behind the iPad case without needing to detach it—super convenient for quick transitions. As expected from Logitech, the keys are responsive and comfortable to type on. The larger trackpad is a welcome upgrade and generally works well, though it’s worth noting that if you start a gesture from one of the corners, it doesn't register until you move about half an inch toward the center. The only downside—and the reason I’m docking one star—is the case material. The rubberized surface is extremely prone to fingerprints and surprisingly difficult to clean. In my opinion, Logitech should have stuck with their previous fabric finish, which looked better and was easier to maintain.

Thank you for your detailed and thoughtful feedback on the Logitech Combo Touch Keyboard Folio for iPad Pro! We appreciate you highlighting the convenient flip-back design, the responsive keys, and the larger trackpad. Your insight regarding the trackpad gesture sensitivity from the corners and your feedback on the case material's tendency to attract fingerprints are valuable for us.

I love my new keyboard a case! It’s so slick! My iPad is a laptop now and it’s so much more versatile. The keyboard feels good and makes a very satisfying sound as you type. This is the best purchase I’ve made in a while. Also, I have an old iPad and it works perfectly.

The Logitech Combo Touch Keyboard Folio for the iPad Pro 12.9” (5th & 6th Gen) is a top-notch accessory that significantly enhances productivity. The backlit keyboard is well-designed, with responsive, laptop-like keys that make typing a pleasure, even in low-light conditions. The folio’s detachable design is incredibly versatile, allowing you to use it as a stand, keyboard, or protective case. The precision of the trackpad, combined with excellent gesture support, provides a seamless navigation experience, making it feel like a true laptop replacement. Its Oxford Gray finish looks sleek and professional, and the sturdy build offers excellent protection for the iPad. The Smart Connector ensures easy setup and eliminates the need for charging the keyboard separately. While it adds some bulk to the iPad, the Combo Touch is an excellent choice for professionals, students, or anyone looking to maximize their iPad’s potential. It’s worth the investment for its build quality and functionality.

Very nice design. Keypad connects/disconnects with ease. The kick stand is a must have have for everyday use. It is a little heavy but it is worth the features it provides.

Extremely protective, keyboard and mouse both work well, case can split and works as a stand alone display

After searching so long for the perfect case including a keyboard I was finally able to come to a choice to purchase this. I Love this because its nice and sturdy and feels like my iPad Pro 12.9 is fully protected. I love the extra features it has on the keyboard with brightness and volume etc. these features were not on the Apple Magic keyboard unfortunately and for the price I believe it definitely should have had extra features. If you’re in between buying this or the apple magic keyboard I would 100% say go for this for $229! It’s pricey but you get a case and a keyboard you can attach and detach. I can say every penny was worth it. All I can say is buy it!!!

I love this keyboard! I appreciate that it comes in two separate pieces. If I don't want to use the keyboard, I can simply detach it and use just the case with the mount, which is perfect for when I want to cook and watch TV at the same time.

I bought this case for my new 19.5” IPad Pro. It has a cover for the IPad itself along with the keyboard. I have used an Apple Magic Keyboard for another IPad and when it’s removed to use as a tablet its “naked”. No protection. One other reason I like this Logitech Combo Touch is the row of function keys on the keyboard - volume, search, screen brightness, lock, etc. The Magic Keyboard makes you use the control panel for these functions

I bought this to pair with my new iPad Pro 13" M2 as it was on sale, and I wasn't keen at the time on wanting to drop $350 for the magic keyboard. Do I want the magic keyboard, yes. I would prefer it, but cost was the primary factor. This gets the job done, but I can't say I'm entirely a fan of the form factor and extra space this takes up with the kickstand. I do however like being able to detach the iPad from they keyboard and still have it protected in the case, especially when taking hand-written notes or browsing on the couch. I'll probably end up using for a while until I find a good deal on a magic keyboard, and keep it as a backup if I need it. Time will tell how well the keyboard and trackpad hold up and just doesn't have that premium feel like the magic keyboard does. But otherwise the keys have nice travel and tactile feel. It does seem a lot more durable than the M2 magic keyboard material though. Overall its enough for the price point, but just feels slightly lacking.

This case/keyboard stands alone in terms of protection and usefulness. I love the stand and it works great at a case without the keyboard on your lap using the built-in stand. The keyboard is great in that it lights up and has function row. The space bar seems to not register every press and it ends up using autocorrect most of the time when it doesn’t recognize the tap. The only other glorious I have is the size. It’s really quite bulky but the trade-off is that is very protective. I really love being able to peel off the keyboard and use it as a stand-alone tablet. That makes up for the other shortcomings. I’d buy it again.

If you spend a good amount of time looking for options, you'll soon realize that the alternatives to apple keyboards which are overpriced and offer absolutely no protection, are all cheap and offer limited functionality. Pros Very nice keyboard layout and easy to type with almost no learning curve Detachable keyboard so you don't have to carry it everywhere when you don't need it Backlit keyboard with dedicated iPad OS buttons Adjustable kickstand to accommodate every angle you desire Very protective case from every corner Great fabric/feel material Cons Expensive but hey, you spent over $1000 on an iPad

Better than prior version that used Bluetooth to connect to the iPad - always connected and no batteries to charge. Like the detachable keyboard. The keys are responsive and the trackpad works great as well. I also like that it protects all corners of the iPad - unlike the Apple product. The iPad is a great product for consuming content. With this keyboard/trackpad accessory the iPad is also a great product for creating content as well. The only negative I have is that there is no mechanism to secure the pencil like the prior Logitech keyboard. Would have preferred that.
