Got this as a gift for my husband, he’s a voice actor, and he loves it, it’s the perfect size to go on back of his desk and over his monitor. The only reason I’m giving this a 4 star is because I purchased this and had to go back to store because it was the wrong item. I asked an employee for this item and the box he handed me looked very similar to this item but wasn’t. I guess it’s partially my fault for not investigating the box further. Over all though it’s a great product!

This stand is awesome! Great swivel as well as smooth movement with a high quality feel

This is the best arm for the Blue Yeti mic as it is made by the same company. For those people worried that there is not enough tension, there is a silver screw on the bottom of the mount that needs to be screwed to the right to increase the tension.

Holds the microphone up well and looks fantastic definitely worth

To my surprise, the arm on this product was very smooth! I'm sure it's the hydraulic or something similar within. What really impressed me was the convenience and ease to slide the microphone away from my face at anytime and hide it outside of the camera's view too! So, would I recommend others to purchase this? Yes! Down side? I only purchased just the arm and realized there are is a full kit available!

Great arm. Don’t overtighten the adjustment. This arm works best with the first segment at 90 degrees to the base. I have it straightened out coming under my monitor with the mic close to my mouth.

Pretty good, fairly cheap, but it isnt junk. It's pretty solid. It's not my Rode Microphone Stand but then again it wasn't nearly the coin!

It works fine but there are a few things that would make it better. My biggest issue with this product is that it does not work well with a mic as light as my hyperx quadcast. I cant quiet keep it as low as i want because the arm lifts it higher even with the weight screw loosened all the way.

Yes, it is a little expensive but this stand is very sturdy. You could buy something cheaper but you will have stability issues.

Overall a good quality item to use for your mic, no it’s not the best of the best. But it hold my jlabs talk pro microphone just fine. The only down side to this product I’m finding is no matter how tight I make the arm it will still slide up just a little “maybe 1/2 an inch or less” outside of that minor inconvenience I haven’t found anything else that is bad or wrong with this product yet.

It was unfortantely too big for my desk and couldnt be put in a convinent spot even when i got a better desk,but it is very good quality

I like how sturdy it is, but even after i adjust the angles the most i can it slowly makes its way back up and away from my desire position, i now own a replacement one because the first one popped out of position and wouldn’t tighten anymore.

I love this mic arm. I got it thinking it wasn't gonna be worth it. boy was I wrong. this mic stand fits my microphone perfectly-which is the pod mic- its a very heavy mic but this stand handles it perfect. its the most aesthetic and best Mic arm for streamers, and podcast. I highly recommend this mic. it even comes with cable management.

I’m glad I got this was tired of my mic on my desk

Returned within 10 minutes of unpacking item. Looks amazing, but the mechanics, make the stand hard to adjust, even after following the instructions on tweaking the adjustment screw at the bottom. The product is very stiff when you loosen the adjusting knobs. The product itself just wants to stand up straight, and unable to adjust or bend, and stay bent. It looks cool, but unfortunately a fail in engineering. I had high hopes, but had to return it for the Samson desk clamp that just works without the hassle.

I should have heeded the reviews I read. Regret buying it. There is indeed WAY too much tension in the joints—they don’t stay in place. This product is likely completely unusable for anything but heavy weight mics to balance out the tension. I have a Yeti X which is pretty hefty so it is useable for me, but just barely. I had to tighten the elbow knobs practically to the point of breaking them to get the joints to stay in place. There is a tension adjustment screw inside the base but it didn’t seem to have any effect in the tension from what I could tell. I’ll probably jury rig it with some weights of some kind.

Easy to fit almost anywhere! Quality build. The springs however are a bit stiff and would see an issue when someone has a light mic.

Came broken had one before though if you do not have a heavy mic, it wont hold the angle you want unless you want it high up

This is a very good mic stand with really cool features to be able to hide the cord. However, it is a known problem that these boom mic stands are very hard to use and bend, my mic is decently heavy, like and it’s still hard to be able to operate and get this thing Tuned correctly so that I can bend it, luckily i need it to be straight but even still, difficult to balance and if i’m being honest, i probably wouldn’t have bought it for the price it’s at had i known
