I called Best Buy after one month of using this product and they informed me that despite the poor workmanship it was not returnable. Best Buy gave me the number for Logitech and their 1-800-# gave me such a run-around I finally gave up on it. The problem I had was this: The inside, upper left part of the cover (which covered the volume and mute buttons on the iPad) began to come apart. These little pieces came off from inside the cover which made it impossible to change the volume without taking the iPad out of the cover. That's a problem. And it only gets worse. Now, after 10 months of use, the iPad just slides out of the cover. Not secure enough to be considered protection for a $k piece of equipment!

Purchased this in early December shortly after my iPad Pro purchase. At 1st it worked well. A little bulky though. After about 3 months I noticed little pieces of the plastic that holds the iPad in started breaking off. Now 6 months later so much of it has broken off that my iPad just slips out of it when in the tilted position. This was under normal use. I'll be writing Logitech and hopefully will get a replacement. Be weary.

Very well constructed. It's even a "Smart Cover". I love the color & durability. Only drawback I see is that it has only one position for standing the iPad for viewing. Would have been even better had they made a slot or sleeve for the Apple Pencil! Overall, a nice case. Protects well.

Considering its MSRP, I think its quality is too poor. You might think this case looks decent and cool, yes it does. But I'd like to say it's not worth the original price. It's obviously overpriced so I'd recommend you buying this when it's on sale. PROS - Overall good and decent looking - Can set the angle as you want - Seem to be manufactured with good material CONS - Too weak and some parts could be broken in a few months - Overpriced - Hard to touch volume control button

I purchased this because it was purple & that's my favorite color. It fits perfectly on the iPad. When you close the flap it puts the iPad to sleep & lines up exactly with the other side encasing it perfectly. I think it was a little pricy for what it is but it suits its purpose & is good quality.

it does not rotate. I like that the case is sturdy and the hinge stays in place whatever position you put it. However, the volume buttons do not line up very well, and I end up muting the volume when I'm trying to increase the volume. I'll be in the market for a different one when more come out.

I had originally purchased this case after reading part of the reviews and as always, you can't please them all. I generally look at reviews and you can tell who has extensively used this for a bit of time. So with the case being on clearance I went ahead and grabbed it. Pros: -I actually love the weight and the grip when holding it - Pheonominal if you're using this case on your lap with an external keyboard. Balances very well and is sturdy - If you're someone who watches Netflix when you go to bed or does a bit of media consumption, folding back the cover and leaning it against something is also very comfortable. Cons: - I have one and it seriously drives me out of my mind. The volume keys as a few other people have pointed out are a pain in the butt sometimes. You literally have to be dead center in the middle of the key pressing semi hard to get it to work. I'm more concerned with the keys wearing down than anything after man handling them. It's very annoying when you're laying down in the dark and you can't see or feel the keys very well. Aside from that I am really enjoying the experience thus far.

At the time I purchased my IPAD Pro this was one of the only options that I felt offered some good protection. Subsequently I was able to find another case that offered the same level of protection that was less bulky and less expensive. Hence I returned it, and purchased the other version.

After spending nearly a thousand on the iPad 12.9" Pro I felt I needed to protect it properly. This well made case fits snugly and keeps your iPad well protected and provides a built-in stand function. The only thing missing is a place to store the Apple Pencil securely. Thus the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars.

I didn't even know this case existed before I found it in the store. Initially I was hoping that I could find one of the Apple Cases with the back attached to the front, but apparently all that they (apple) make is a front Smart Cover and a separate back right now. I also didn't want the cumbersome Logitech case with a built in keyboard. I have a separate wireless Bluetooth kb (also from Logitech as it happens) that I occasionally use. This case is even better than the Apple cover that has the front and back attached on my iPad Air. I feel like it could stop a bullet, just the case. Not that I have just described an original scenario, I am thoroughly enjoying this case.

This Create Case by Logitech fits well and allows for viewing at almost any angle in landscape mode on the new iPad Pro. It is very similar to my Logitech case for iPad Air, which I am very fond of. I only wish it were available in colors other than purple or black (mine). My older case is a very nice gray tweed like fabric on the outside, purple microfibre inside with a nice white plastic shell. Overall this case give me a modicum of protection, looks good and allows easy landscape viewing. It's almost magic!

This case has proven to be very sturdy, but also protective. I have dropped my IPAD and it survived the fall. Great cover

Love the hinge on this case keeps the iPad very secure and doesn't move at all when in the selected position. Can use my iPad Pro laying in bed without the annoying and constant closure from other cases. A tad pricey but it really does what it says also covers the complete area of the iPad making a secure fit

The product provides decent scratch protection, as well as a little drop protection. It also maintains a slim profile, while not weighing very much.

The cover offers great protection from a drop and the materials are great quality, however the iPad cover is not easy to fit the iPad in and the volume control are way too hard to press.

Works really well. Protects the iPad perfectly. Props up in all the important angles.

Bought this to protect the new, bigger iPad Does a good job, although the volume controls on the iPad are a little difficult to operate with the cover on.

Best case in the store for the iPad pro. Waiting for more variety but is still very good.

Logitech always makes great cases and keyboards for iPads light with good functionality although not ideal for maximum protection
