We tested it out in store to be sure that we could stand the iPad up in the case for hands-free use and it worked. It seems to work well protecting the iPad.

I mean it works but wish it had a little holder for the cords/charger and maybe a holder for the apple pen. Add those and this would be perfect

Thank you for your feedback on the Volume Buttons. To improve your experience, please check and make sure your iPad Pro is correctly inserted into your CREATE case. The iPad should be slightly under the lip of the case in order to align correctly with the volume buttons.
