This case is perfect for my needs. Keyboard is as good as my MacBook Pro. It has a responsive touch, although a lighter touch is needed than my laptop. Love the volume keys and extra row of keys that the Apple keyboard doesn't have. My only complaint is that it sometimes takes a while to pair with the iPad. I've found when this happens, the level or angle it sits on my lap needs to be adjusted for some reason. I almost returned it until I figured out the quirks. Always works perfect on a desk. It's sturdy and not bulky. I found the Apple keypad to be too flimsy for me, but it is lighter and thinner.

Purchased both the Apple keyboard and the Logitech Create for iPad Pro 9.7. The Apple keyboard works great if you mainly use the iPad without the keyboard and minimal protection. For me, I wanted a productivity device on the go and the Logitech Create offered this. I was able to achieve faster typing speeds with this keyboard when compared to the Apple version, less mis-types, quick access keys, etc. Keys has good travel and feel. I own Macbooks and have a certain preferences. This case does add some bulk but also provides greater protection if your usage is requires a keyboard more than not.

This keyboard has made producitivity gone up for me on an iPad Pro. Powered through the side ports, no syncing of Bluetooth needed. Prop up into the typing position and it’s ready to go. Backlit keys are great for typing at night. Highly recommend

this is great the light helps in classrooms can toggle volume, brightness from keyboard and even lock iPad from keyboard in a click. love that it has go be connected to a keyboard to work so when folded down I don't accidently type works great!

I like the keyboard very much! Great feel and comfort. I love the fact that it connects directly to my iPad instead of Bluetooth. The only downside to it is that the shell doesn't feel as secure as I would like. I hope it will protect my iPad if I drop it.

I bought this primarily because it was a clearance item, but other than the color (pink) it works great. The smart connector is a big bonus, since it doesn't require the annoying Bluetooth pairing that is found on other keyboards.

After reading several reviews, I decided to go with this case/keyboard over the Apple branded one. This thing is amazing. It keeps my iPad safe with a nearly fully enclosed hard case. The iPad seats quickly into the connection groove with the magnets. The keyboard is very responsive and smooth to use. The layout is just fine. The backlight makes it easy to use in a dark area. Although I haven't tried the apple branded keyboard, if I had to buy another one, I would go this route again. I really love it and would not want to switch.

The keyboard only connect with the iPad with the 3 pins.This keyboard have light for Dark conditions an is so comfortable in a table. You can’t use this Logitech keyboard like a protector because you can use only if you gonna write.

After spending a great deal of time researching and purchasing and returning 2 other keyboard cases I settled on the LOGI CREATE. Pros: good keyboard and feel, backlit keyboard is great, good design and feel to the case, pencil holder built in, uses iPad battery so never requires charging. Cons: a bit flimsy when folded into pure tablet mode, concerned the strength of the material in the hinge may degrade over time, uses iPad battery so drains the iPad charge more quickly. Overall, this is the best of breed at this moment and for the price.

I wanted a case I could use to write on, so I needed the keyboard to be as comfortable and close to a real keyboard as possible. I'm kind of picky about that last point. I write often and I switch between a regular computer and the tablet. I particularly need quotation marks that aren't a function key, and I need the shift key/arrow keys to be separate. It's amazing how frustrated I get when I mean to hit "shift" and hit the up arrow instead. This keyboard has everything in the right place, and it's just like typing on a laptop. Also if I'm using a tablet, I'm likely not near a table. This guy has the magnetic strip thing that keeps the tablet in position relative to the keyboard. I can use this balanced on my lap without it flopping over.

Taking it's charge from the iPad itself Turning itself on/off when in/not in use Backlit keys Lightweight All equal a super convenient and highly functional keyboard and case. I had a prior Logi keyboard which required being turned on/off, and separate charging. It got used more as a screen cover than a keyboard. Not this one!! Only reason it doesn't get a 5 is that sometimes if the iPad isn't seated in the groove just so, it doesn't make the right connection to activate the keyboard. Nothing a very minor shift can't solve.

Keys feel nicer than the Apple keyboard case - this keyboard feels more like a traditional laptop keyboard and allows for fast, precise typing. Since product will cover the entire iPad you don't have to buy a "back" case. No bluetooth connection required - no pairing, just let the keyboard snap on the smart connector and you're good to go. Doesn't require charging. Has a backlit keyboard. Has holder for Apple Pencil. Has two positions besides closed - Upright, and flat.

I wanted a great protection for my 11-yr-old's ipad pro, was scared she would break it or drop it. It's held up over a year now and we are very happy with this product!! It's worked wonderfully!!

If you value typing with your iPad, this product is great. It almost feels like a Mac Book. However, it is bulky and not so practical to use when trying to read something on it (without engaging the keyboard).

This cover and keyboard works well. It makes it like a small computer as I like using a keyboard. The cover protects the IPad well although my old one was more durable. I like the pink color!

I did a lot of comparisons before I decided to pull the trigger on Logitech keyboard. Few key factors played a role: - clickability of the keyboard felt better than Apple's - full body protection of my iPad - neat storage place for my Apple Pencil While Apple keyboard is very minimalistic, I needed to get a back cover for the ipad so it would've been a lot more expensive. Logitech provided good protection and functionality. Very happy with the purchase.

After 2 months of using this keyboard case, I can say I really love it! It has very good tactile and feedback, just like the one on MacBook Pro. Plus, the backlit and function keys make it even more handy. The Apple Pencil holder does its work. However, it has some downsides. First, it's kind of heavy. It doubles the weight of you iPad Pro. Second, it makes it hard to use when in portrait mode. If these issues don't bother you, then this keyboard case is perfect.

I have been debating about getting a keyboard for my iPad Pro for sometime now. I finally cracked and went with the Logitech Create over Apple's version. I'm glad I did. I have been using it for about 3 weeks now and absolutely love it. I especially like the Apple Pencil holder as I have client sign contracts all the time on my iPad (Apple's version does not provide a pen/pencil holder). I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a keyboard for their iPad.

Great product. I got this for my wife and she likes it better than the Apple keyboard. It immediately sinc,s, has a lighted keyboard and really protects the Apple I-pad. Highly recommend.

It's a little bulky, but having a keyboard whenever I need it has been great. I also like that there's a pen loop for storing the Apple Pencil. The iPad comes out easily whenever I need to take it out.
