Love this mouse. Bought an extra, just to have as a backup in case anything should happen to the first! Love the programability of it - makes my work life a ton easier and more efficient!

Bought this Gaming Mouse for my son to replace the Razer one. He said it works pretty good for his gaming needs. Quite responsive and ergonomic.

Good if you get it by a deal. It's average if you get it by MSRP. Pros: 1. Legendary model, good for retro lovers. 2. Very comfortable and decent build quality. Cons: 1. Left button is too hard, the right one is better though.

Bought this as a "deal of the day" and it is a great mouse. I have always purchased lesser-priced mice and so glad to find the superior quality of this mouse. Very nice purchase.

Right mouse button had a less positive click than the left. This made the quality of the device feel less than other logitech mice. I did have one of the original versions of this mouse, but feel it has become outdated.

Cant argue with a classic. Feels great in the hand and is massive value if you can get it on the cheap. Say $20. Got two as spares for my wife and I.

Great mouse at $20. I like it better than the G502 actually since I am less likely to accidentally hit the side buttons. It also arches higher so it fits a little bigger hand

15 years later, this is still a fantastic product. Not as many bells and whistles as modern mice, but it has 2 extra buttons and DPI control. Really doesn't need anything else.

Excellent not only gaming but the size makes it appropriate for a family member who is over 6' 5" tall & has exceptionally large hands

Classic gaming mouse. It's my go to mouse for gaming. I don't game as much as I use to, but I use it for my everyday computing. It's great. Very responsive and smooth.

I was used to using wireless laptop mice so it took me a while to get used to the size of this thing, but it's great. Responds well and it consistent, no jumping.

I've only used this mouse for a couple of hours but it tracks very well and the adjustable dpi settings work well. Look forward to get back into gaming with this mouse!

I bought this for my 9yr old its great because he uses it for video games and he hasnt lost it yet like hes done with the wireless mouses.

Best mouse shape over the last decade by far, hope they never stop making them. BUT, just in case I stocked up with a couple extra.

This mouse is outstanding. I owned the original which I really liked but this is new and improved. They sis a really good job.

Good feel, doesn't quite feel like the old ones, but close enough. However, the wire is razor thin and would probably pinch or rip up if caught against the corner of a desk. -1 star for the wire.

A legend returns. Tastefully updated to a more modern color scheme, with modern optics, but it feels like it did 10 years ago, and boy does it feel great.

Works great, I've been using it with my laptop. Bought it replace my very old MX518 I bought a lot of years ago.

Bit of a backstory, I had the first edition of this mouse, back when it had that funky dented look to it instead of the uniform steel grey look it has now. I used it for years until I tried out the Razer DeathAdder and then used that for the next several years. Never had any issues with it, I only moved onto the DA because it felt better to me. This "new" Mx518 has the same feel, almost the same look, and the buttons seem to be in the exact same place from what I remember. The + button is still a real pain to get to unless you're rocking the claw grip, and you need to keep your hand high on the mouse so your thumb doesn't have to reach for that forward side button. However, aside from being the middle mouse button, the scroll wheel is an absolute mess. The MMB, like the original version, still has a very mushy feel to it, something that I personally don't mind, and it still clicks once it's fully depressed. It's when you're scrolling up and down that this mouse show its cheapness. Yes this deserves a paragraph of its own. Because as you're using the scroll wheel to navigate a webpage, or choosing a weapon in a video game, the tactile "bumps" you feel don't always actually register as a step. Half the time this happens, the next scroll means you'll be moved two steps up/down, and the other half of the time you can wiggle the scroll wheel and it will move the page up and down until you scroll to the next bump. It's only gotten worse in the three months I've been using this mouse, and from the sale price I got it at, it's a better use of my time to throw it out, than have it sent out and repaired.
