So im gonna start off by saying these headphones are BEAUTIFUL, they look and feel great! But the sound these things produce is so awful i was forced to return them. Hardly any bass at all and at 100% volume they were still quiet. I returned them and got hyperx cloud 3s and i cannot believe the difference in sound. at 45% these things are louder than the g pros.. considering the g prox is 230 bucks off sale do yourself a favor and avoid the headache. Even after an hour in the logitech software it was just unusable in a gaming situation.

This is by far the worst headset for gaming I have ever used. Audio - Over the course of three hours, the audio became incredibly frustrating. The sound of gunfire, footsteps, discord communication, in game communication, and overall misc. audio blend together to such a flat sound into your ear that nothing is indistinguishable. You could be shooting your own weapon in this headset but due to the poor quality of its creation it could sound like an enemy shooting you 50 yards away. I cannot stress enough how FLAT the audio mixes. This could be because my previous headset was a Sennheiser, but wow this was bad. Comfort - I can’t lie, this was a very comfy and naturally fitting headset. Ease of use - Plug and play. Or don’t play with it on for very long in my case. Price - I had a wired (not wireless) Sennheiser headset last year for $199. Same price as this headset... my cat cut a wire by accident and the left ear doesn’t work. I’d rather run a half working headset over a full working Logitech Pro... so if you are concerned about price, just look elsewhere like Corsair, Razer, anywhere but here.

My little Bose 35 series sounded much better than these and were way more comfortable. I had to look up a YouTube video on how to make these louder, and even after, my Bose headset was still much better.

Coming from a HyperX Cloud Revolver S, these were an insane disappointment no matter how much tweaking the EQ you do. I don't get how people get these to sound anything but flat? Would never recommend, tried both wireless and wired, same story. My roommate has the wired headset and they sound like garbage compared to my HyperX. But of course, if you've never had a good sounding headset, you probably would never know the difference..... I tried two different pairs to make sure that it wasn't a bad set that I received. The mic is the only perk to this headset, but you yourself don't even benefit from it, everyone else does.

I bought these headphones which were amazing. When I moved I lost the USB dongle. I attempted to find a dongle replacement for it and couldn't find one. I was able to find a G933 dongle that was able to be paired with my headphones but could not use the software and sound was on par as the dongle is not the same dongle as your headphones. This makes the headphones worthless. Now I have to buy a new pair of headphones which I ditched wireless and went back to the Wired Pro X which I am happy. Explains why I still have my pro X wired headphones which I haven't lost the cable and I can literally use any cable for it.

People are going to say a bunch of things about this headset but at the end of the day it’s just an average headset.

Not very good headphones sound is very low more maybe some good children headphones

For $30 more dollars you can have a better sound. I was told that it sounds like I’m on the phone when talking to other players. They look great but sound isn’t the best.

Was a great headeset for about a year, I started having some trouble with connection around 6 months, then I spoke with tech support and was very helpful they sent me a new dongle and worked great again. Now the headset will not connect to my PC just stopped working mid game and couldn't reconnect from there contacted tech support again went through all the trouble shooting steps very thorough at least three times didn't help talked to tech support again they said ok you have tried everything we will send you a new one. Now they want me to do everything over again lol. So it's up to you but me I will never buy a Logitech supported devices again. This is not a cheap headset dollar wise this shouldn't happen

Headset is great. Went through 3 dongles. They keep bricking. Don't buy if you want longevity.

Lasted well, for about a year. Had a crackling issue that started a few months after purchasing. Nothing major reached out to support and got it sorted. Fast forward 8 months and the crackling issues are unbearable/unusable, despite countless troubleshooting procedures. $200 purchase that only lasts a year is pretty inexcusable

Literally after 1 day of buying these at bestbuy in person it started to have a static noise on the left headphone and didnt do nothing but play games

Dont get them you cant get a replacement dongle if you break or lose it. Its been 2 months and i still cant find a replacement dongle.

For the price, these are absolute garbage. 1 year of ownership and the plastics are starting to break. Extremely cheap plastic. My Astros held up longer than these. Get a pair of Steel Series instead.
