If you haven't done so already, feel free to download our GHub software, which should allow you to customize your audio settings as well as your microphone settings. This should allow you to modify the way the audio sounds in your headset.

Downgrade from G430

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Compared to the earlier model, the G430, the G432 feels like a downgrade: - Cable is much shorter and not braided, feels cheap. - Headset compresses much harder on your head, physically hurting after a long session. - No noticeable difference in sound quality or microphone.

Posted .Hi Gman, So sorry to hear about the issues you're having with the G432 and it feeling like a downgrade from it's predecessor, the G430. Unhappy with quality

I have to yell out for people to hear me. I also have to purchase a second piece to be able to use an apple phone. I'm disappointed because they only allow 15 days for an exchange.

USB Wire was no good

When we decided to try another wire, poof, it worked. Annoying. Lets hope the actual headphones last though.
