    Broke after 3 months

    Don't waste your money. Take my advice seriously I bought this for school and gaming and that's all. I took good care of it and not once put pressure. And yet after 3 months the plastic on the side where the headphones adjust randomly broke, just outta nowhere. idc if i don't have a receipt or not im returning this junk and getting my money back.

    Terrible Replacement for G430

    If you're like me, and replacing your G430s with this headset, DON'T. Everything about this headset is worse. The microphone sidetone is horrendously terrible quality, the cable length is more than a foot shorter than the G430, the new pleather ear pads are incredibly hot and make my ears sweat after like 30 minutes of use. I'm not sure there's anything about this headset that's better than the G430 in any way. Totally useless "update."

    Worst Brand of headsets!

    I've had two models of Logitech headsets. This one and the blue colored as well. They are the worst brand and models I have ever used. The sound is great, but the body of the model will not last over a year and will look as though you broke them deliberately, therefore you cannot get your warranty to work. This is why I would never write a review immediately until later. This will fall apart just above the ears because the poorly designed plastic model strikes with the part that makes the earpiece flexible and breaks it eventually leaving you with a dangling earpiece that flops around.

    Gave me a used one

    I bought the headset thinking I would get a brand new one. The last headset is way higher then this and it looks like the one I was given has completely been destroyed. That's my luck considering I didn't spend the extra money and get insurance. I'm extremely unhappy.

    putting on the headset for the third time ever, had the cheap plastic holding the earphones to the frame, snapped clear in half, just from putting it on. Wouldn't recommend this headset to anyone with a above average head size

    Can't hear yourself, not fixable

    Even after downloading the gaming software to try and fix this, it didn't even recognize that the headset was connected. So there was no way to fix hearing yourself. I'd rather have my old one back, the G430.

    (tl;dr: did not survive less than 3 foot accidental drop onto carpet) DO NOT BUY THESE HEADPHONES. Or, if you are, take especially good care of them. These headphones are EXTREMELY fragile and will break easily. I had this pair for exactly 19 DAYS. I had bought these headphones as a Christmas gift to myself. They worked amazingly and the customizable RGB on the sides was a huge added plus. At some point while gaming, I had accidentally rolled over the cable when scooting up in my chair. After winning the round, I got up in celebration only to have the headphones slip off my face and hit the carpet. This was around a 3 foot drop. I had several pairs of headsets before this one and I thought it was no big deal as many others has survived even higher falls than this (I had a Hyper X Headset get sent across my room when I ran and tripped over the cable, it worked perfectly for years after that). To my dismay, picked up the headset revealed absolutely no sign of life. The RGB and microphone still worked, but there is absolutely zero audio making it from my PC to my ears. I have tried plugging it into different USB ports, checking to see if it was muted, ran troubleshooting, and I tried plugging it into the AUX port of my computer all to no avail. I do not have the original box so I am screwed over a return.

    This thing is so worthless. It forces you to use Logisucks GHub which half the time will not even know the headset is working then when you update or simply reboot the PC it completely stops working all together. Its so worthless. I do not suggest this product to anyone.

    I wear a headset using voice recognition. I have to have a headset on for at least eight hours a day. This is by far the most uncomfortable headset you can buy. At any price.

    It literally broke when I picked it up and something happened with the cord and now I have to constantly plug it in and unplug it to get it work for 10 seconds and then keep doing it until it works for a good 10 minutes and then do it all over again.

    It works for a few months, but it will eventually start to randomly disconnect, crackle, and create insanely loud static that will ruin your day. Don't invest.

      Hello, I am so sorry to hear you were only hearing static. Please make sure first that the cord is fully plugged in. It can have static if not fully inserted. If that does not work, these headphones do come with a 2 year warranty through Logitech. So we can get those replaced for you!
