I want to preface this by saying that while I returned mine, the issue wasn’t at all related to the keyboard itself. I use my keyboard for both work and gaming, and a TKL version just didn’t work for me. If they ever introduce a full size keyboard, I’ll repurchase in a heartbeat. Overall, this is one of the better feeling keyboards I’ve used in years. I was using a Razer Blackwidow v3 Pro, but it had so many issues with the software and key chatter, and their support was so atrocious, I looked for a full on replacement. This keyboard matched it in terms of comfort, had better all around key feel and battery life, and was a dream to use right out of the box. That it comes with a cloud wrist rest is just perfect. If you like full-profile keyboards, and wireless capabilities, skip the Razer junk and buy yourself this keyboard. The ONLY thing better would be building your own mechanical keyboard from scratch, and with that being it’s only true competitor, this is the king of gaming keyboards. Logitech has really upped the game with their recent offerings in their G line.

I have owned a few good wired gaming keyboards, but after noticing how far wireless keyboards have come, I felt it was time to give one a try. Even though I like the RGB experience, I prefer a great typing experience over lights. Logitech has managed to provide both experiences and eliminated the number pad for a larger mouse movement area. Here is a simple rundown on the 3 different switches available for this keyboard: linear for a quieter environment, clicky for those who need a loud audible/feel notification a key is pressed, or tactile for a middle of the road experience with less typing fatigue than clicky. If you download the Logitech keyboard software, you can update the keyboard firmware and personalize key command assignment, select Game mode keys (keys turned off during gaming), and personalize each individual key for whatever color of your choosing. You can also create a profile on the keyboard which can be saved to work on different gaming systems automatically. I have had many games interrupted by a windows key bump and find it awesome that the Gaming mode allows me to include this as well as other keys to block during gaming. I like how you can lift the keyboard to 3 different heights and the included hand rest is very comfortable. The only negative thing I could say about this hand rest is the fact that I fear the white hand rest will look dingy after a few months. The reason why I bring this up is that the hand rest is a must since typing without it was not comfortable. Despite the potential for targeting female gamers (and Easter bunnies) with this white keyboard, cloud wrist rest and pastel RGB color scheme. The G715 keyboard is a really good keyboard for gaming, general PC typing and especially home media center setups where high quality wireless backlit keyboards are a bit more rare. And if he or she prefers, there are plenty of RGB color options to be less pastel in the Logitech G Hub App. Plus, with the removeable magnetic faceplate, you could easily color or vinyl wrap to get a more custom look to compliment many themed setups. Logitech even sells a coral or green faceplate and matching keys if you want a factory color option that is not all white. Hopefully they will offer more color choices soon that maybe are a little more mainstream. While white keyboards may at first not seem great or are a color palate from the beginning of PC's. I am thoroughly enjoying the way colors and effects animations light up with this white keyboard. My wife and I prefer "Ocean Wave" Animation Effect. Watching tv or movies with the lights dimmed in the evening, it suits the white color nicely. And if we have music playing, the "Audio Visualizer" effect is also pretty neat to see. The keyboard will time out after several minutes of inactivity to save battery (also option of never to 15 minutes.) Yet, so far the battery life has been excellent. Its been over a week of typing and media use and still in the upper 70% charge left. And with built in rechargeable battery. You could choose to just leave the keyboard on or even plugged in. Final thoughts to note, not necessarily negatives. The keys are nicely spaced easily pressed, but definitely a bit clicky (believe there are 3 key type choices) and maybe not the best choice for a library on the noise level. This is also a fairly heavy keyboard. And while its a bit of an investment. The G715 is great for more than just gaming. Dedicated media buttons, volume roller and a whole lot of custom color options with G Hub. Its a great accessory for media center PC's and all your typing needs.

This keyboard? Adorable and serious. The white mist design is super clean and surprisingly resistant to that grimy fingerprint buildup you usually get with lighter colors. It stays looking fresh even after long coding or gaming sessions. Typing feels great with those tactile switches — responsive without being too loud. And yes, it comes with the softest little cloud wrist rest, which is honestly the vibe I didn’t know I needed. It’s now my go-to keyboard for everything from coding deep dives to full-on music game nights. Stylish, smooth, and low-key elite. Logitech really nailed this one.

I’m a big fan of mechanical keyboards. They remind me of early computers and just end up feeling more robust that non-mechanical keyboards do. I do a lot of computer work. On a daily basis I spend at least 12 hours behind a keyboard so I want something that is going to be efficient to work on, fun to use, and comfortable for long periods of time. The layout of this keyboard is ideal for me. I do enjoy having the traditional ten-key keypad to use for some tasks, but in general, I prefer having a more compact keyboard. There is a more compact layout (60%) and I’ve found that the absence of the traditional directional arrow keys is a hindrance to me when I’m working. The version of this keyboard that I got has the brown tactile switches. As far as noise goes, they produce a satisfying click when you press them. In comparison to other tactile switches, I would consider these moderately noisy. They aren’t too loud, but they are louder than linear switches are. I’ve found that I’m pretty efficient with the keyboard during normal tasks throughout the day. I’ve played a couple of basic games using the keyboard and it’s worked really well for that, too. The keyboard lights up really nicely. The colors are bright and users have the option of programming it through Logitech’s software. The only complaint I really have about this keyboard is that it doesn’t come with Apple key caps or a macOS layout. I was able to remap the command and option keys through Apple’s System Preferences but I think it would have been nice if that was already integrated as it is with other mechanical gaming keyboards. The keyboard has been comfortable to use and I’ve really enjoyed the cloud wrist rest. It’s really added to the comfort factor and I’ve actually used it with other keyboards, too. I would recommend this keyboard to people who want a fun, robust keyboard for gaming or any other productivity tasks.

The keyboard when I first saw it, I was a bit disappointed because I was expecting it to look cute without the lights on but when I got it plugged in it was perfect. My fiance got the colors to be how I wanted it and now I absolutely love it. The little cloud pad shouldnt make the price go up too much because that part would be better if you bought your own. There really isnt anything special about it. I like how the keyboard sounds so this one was more expensive and you can use it for gaming. I type a LOT so I wanted something fun to type my papers, assignments, and business documents with.

This keyboard works very well. Great tactile response and compact design keeps the arms closer to the body than a full-sized model. The wrist rest design is whimsical and comfortable. The plate over the keys lifts off for easier cleaning.

Love this keyboard, I mostly wfh and the clickety clacks and LED lights make works fun. Battery life is pretty good, I use 40+ hrs a week and maybe have to charge it every two weeks. Can’t wait try it for gaming.

Got this for my wife and found myself jealous of just how good this is. Feels great and sounds great and battery life always surprises me how little this has to be charged. Its got a lot of good features for the price and would definitely recommend.

Swapped from a g910 to this. Keys feel great, rgb is crisp, very responsive, and great battery life. The charging cord is plenty long to charge while using. Wrist rest is very comfortable while gaming

Good quality keyboard, the mechanical keys have a good tactile response and good feel, the color overall is nice and I have no complaints with the RGB. Wireless is a nice feature but I mostly use it wired and it’s had no problems.

It’s so cute! Plus it’s the right amount of click! Battery last! Honestly great for the price tag! Not cheap quality at all.
