This is easy to use and is just ok. The sound quality is fair but the volume is actually very low and not great for many games as you can't hear the subtle sounds you need to. But it was ok for the price.

Such a great product, light and very comfortable. No problems talking/ listening. And the charge last a longtime. I highly suggest this headset.

Excellent Headset. Great looking and very comfortable to wear for hours. Sound and microphone quality aren't the best at this price but certainly very good. If you're picking this headset over the competition, make sure you prioritize looks and comfort.

great battery life. despite white color, it is decently stain resistant. probably one of the more comfortable headsets out there. plug and play!

Sets itself up with G hub and if you turn the lights off (which are near impossible to see out of the corner of your eye anyway), the battery lasts for at least 2 days. Mine arrived 50% charge and the battery estimator says 40 hours remaining.

Amazing sound quality and battery life. The headset does work while charging as well. The range of which the headset works away from the dongle is lacking quite a bit but I suppose that's not a big deal for me or most players.

Finally a headset with stretchy cloth on the head part and its not gonna fall apart like the fake leather . I was about to quit Logitech headsets because they starting to fall a part after 6 months of use and constant conflict with the Logitech software that was making me crazy . I decided im gonna try this and since i bought it i had 0 problems which is refreshing . As always , thanks to BestBuy price match and free delivery im a happy costumer . Great headset . I would definitely recommend this .

Pretty decent, but not what I expected. Sound profile is fine, but kind of basic, as in kind of plain. EQ doesn't add much, speakers are not capable of reproducing defined and thumping bass which is good for overall enjoyment of games and music. Very lightweight and comfortable, but also extremely fragile feeling, like a cheap toy. Much happier with Kraken V3s in every aspect. The sound is pretty good out of the box, but I can't EQ them to be great sounding like Kraken. Everyone's hearing is different, no headphones are going to behave exactly how you want out of the box, so its essential to be able to EQ them effectively.

Comfy fit, in depth sound and wireless means I can move around the room, I'm not tethered to the PC. It was easy to set up and absolutely no problems since I got them. I was so impressed I got a second pair for my husband and he loves them.

These headphones are great!! They're super light weight and don't hurt my ears. My computer is in my basement and the range reaches two floors up into my bedroom. There are a few color customization settings but not a ton. Sound quality is really good, as well!

I love how it fit and the way I was able to sync the color with my logitech mouse. It has good sound and the mic is decent. I definitely recommend.

Great headset, overall quality is what you would expect from a headset this expensive. However, like many people here, the mic is subpar, bad quality, in order to improve it you have to download Logitech software and sign up, software itself is horrendous. But in terms of listening to music or playing video games, its a great headset.

You know I thought the strap style headsets would feel weird but no it feels great. Sound, connectivity and mic volume sounds great. Everything in the headset was really good overall would recommend.

Logitech continues to pump out high quality headsets. This headset in particular is lightweight, adjustable to fit any dome, and has a STANDARD 1/8" detachable mic. Swap it out for any of your choosing and it should run seamlessly. Plus it's cute af.
