Good but not great, especially for the price

It's pricey and the keycaps rattle around, but it's super low profile and comfortable to type on. The lightspeed wireless is fast and lag free. However, the competition has caught up to the point where you're getting more features and better quality for the money elsewhere.

Terrible value. Please do not buy this at $250, grossly overpriced. Look into boards from Ducky if you don't mind a wire. Razer and ROG also have a wireless compact gaming keyboard now that is only around $170

At Logitech's website, the G915 TKL sells for $229 and you can choose between two different colors AND choose what kind of switches you'd like---linear, clicky, and tactile (https://www.logitechg.com/en-us/products/gaming-keyboards/g915-tkl-wireless.html). Gave out after a year.

After a year it kept getting worse and disconnecting entirely and not reconnecting. Replaced it, which was disappointing when I keep my accessories for years. The Logitech software is a nightmare to use.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is a review for Best Buy - I ordered an "Open Box - Excellent" version of this keyboard. The keyboard arrived with no Lightspeed dongle and was unusable out of box. I attempted calling to see about getting an exchange for the product as there were available "Open Box - Excellent" versions available to purchase online, assuming they could send me a replacement. They said they could not. I was also told that I could either: receive a refund by bringing it in the store (wasting my time on a trip in), return in store and buy a new model for an extra $50, or buy the missing Lightspeed receiver out of pocket - despite their company receiving a return on an item and not verifying that the receiver was included with the return. Their stores are also no longer accepting direct phone calls, their lines to the stores and customer service are being outsourced to overseas call centers even if you call the store directly making customer service at the local store level impossible. Very bad quality control on open box items by Best Buy, and very poor customer service. I'd suggest shopping elsewhere.
