these are a huge improvement over my old gaming headphones. my only issue is a bit of static once in a while, might have something to do with my speakers. otherwise these sound great, keep a charge and are comfortable.

comfortable no matter how long you're wearing it. My first one sound was great--but the battery didn't charge. Turned it in and got a new one--works perfectly. Battery life is good for using for extended periods as well. Sound is awesome. Definitely worth the money!

This head phone sounds awesome. The only thing I heard people complaint is it shut off every 15 minutes. I keep mine plug most of the time.

I decided to opt for wireless since my desk is crowded enough as it is and according to most reviews there's no lag. It's true there's no lag, and the surround sound was great, but these headphones would just disconnect/shut off randomly during gameplay and obviously that just isn't okay when sound is crucial in your game. I would have to hide somewhere in-game and turn my headset back on. It wasn't an auto-off or battery save option, it just simply lost connection and turned off. Turning it back on fixed it. Very annoying problem. I tried multiple usb ports on my computer and I am only two feet away from my tower, no other wireless accessories besides a router about 10 feet away. Returning and getting a wired surround version but probably not Logitech since they thought this was okay to sell to gamers.

These headphones sound great and are comfortable for my head. The problem is that they randomly turn off completely unless directly wired. You have to physically turn them back on or put them on the cord before they will work again. After having this issue, I found on the forums this is a common problem for these cans. I would not purchase them again.

I really enjoy these headphones. I am no longer attached to a cable and am able to walk around my room and not lose the connection.

I use this headset for a voip phone and I find it is great. I am hard of hearing & I never have a problem hearing with this headset.

If you enjoy listening to great quality sound while being able to remain silent from those you care about in the late hours of the night this is the headset for you. The 7.1 surround sound is crisp and keeps you involved in your movies and games. The fact that this headset is wireless up to 50 ft. is a huge benefit when it comes to those late night snacking urges when you still want to be in contact with your friends. Oh and don't worry the battery lasts all day with intense use and if you do manage to kill the battery during your session the included charging cable is plenty long enough to charge your device while you play. Lastly i have been and will always be a supporter of Logitech products. They push the limits on technology and there products hold up to the wear and tear over the years(assuming to treat your equipment well). Great product!!!!

Would have given 5 stars but there were a few compatibility issue with the Logitech keyboard. Using the Logitech drivers it seems both devices want to take control. The sound volume control went to the keyboard. The microphone worked sometimes. Uninstalled the driver and used the windows drivers. Now the sound and mike work correctly but the programmable keys and the surround sound don't work. Keep them anyway since I got it worked out somewhat. Would recommend but with information about this problem.

I get Excellent sound to and from. My only problem is they aren't playing with Win 10. not sure if its Win 10's prob or headset
