The headphones have a great sound to them with good midrange and bass response. Fits good with comfortable on-ear leather pads. The only issue is a slight background hiss. Good for the price.

Pros: Value for money. Good aound quality. Plug and play technology. Easy to use. Con: bit tight headband.

I bought these headphones 2 months back, earlier I have different brand and all the times I faced so many audio issues, not me but the other side used to see lot of noise eventhough there was no noise at my side. Then I bought this and since the time they have been excellent. I recommend to buy if needed and had very good quality and value for money. Thanks

They work very well. Additionally, the background noise is eliminated almost completely. Comfortable and a good value overall. Used every day!

Prior to purchasing this headset I used my Bluetooth earpiece to take all of my conference calls. The problem with my Bluetooth was that it would cut in and out, or disconnect it from phone or PC. Now that I have the Logitech headset I don't have those annoying issues, plus the sound quality is superb. I can now use Skype for Business on my laptop to dial into con-calls, and I no longer need to dial into the audio line for Webex and Goto Meetings.

These were on sale and wired which is required for my work environment. They have good sound quality and are of good quality for the price. I would recommend and buy again.

It has great quality for the purchase. I just really hated that it was wired. At the time, with everyone working from home, it literally was the last option on the shelf. It serves its purpose. Does have a mute capability along the cord. The mic part to fold up and down to move it away from your mouth when not needed. They headset part does adjust to you head size and comfort. The cushions around the ears are comfortable.

I used to own a pair of these a few years ago but I wore them out. Being the techno-junkie I am, I opted for Bluetooth headphones to replace them, also made by Logitech. However, that pair did not last long, as they broke within a year, and the recorded audio was lackluster at best. Being that it was time to replace those, I went back to my old friend, the Logitech H390. The audio quality is way superior to any other wireless headsets, and Windows 10 recognizes it immediately when plugged in, so I don't have to wait 30-45 seconds before I can use them. Sometimes wired is just better and the H390's deliver.

I love these headphones I’m able to mute my mic with a push of the button. The sound is amazing and loud. Highly recommend if you work from home.

Working from home for COVID, I had to find a bunch for my team members and Best Buy had the best price. Didn't seem to require any long downloads or updates after plugging in, so plug and play was easy to use and helped prevent some of the echoing and background noise that would happen when just using laptop mics. It's made pets and children seen but not heard on long conference calls! The only downside is that the mic only comes down when wearing on the left hand side, so make sure to have the mic on the correct side of your head as you put it on.

We had USB headphones provided by my company that kept breaking. These are lightweight and are comfortable to wear for an extended period of time if needed.

Wife was preparing to get a job as a contact tracer in New York and this was affordable and well made. So far no complaints.

The sound is great, but most importantly, they are super comfy to wear. I wore them for 4 hours the other day and my head / ears weren't sore at all. My hubby wore them for 7 and had no problem.

I bought one of these 20 years ago and it's still going strong, but I have a second computer and needed a good headset.

Excellent audio, compatible with Windows 11, comfortable to wear!
