    Works fine but tends to make your ears hurt if you have to wear the headset for long enough. Had a mute and volume button which is nice so you don’t have to press them on the keyboard.

    The headset has good sound, but the headset is small, feels heavy on the ears, and the headband is feels hard on the head. The microphone is only on the left side

    I wanted the exact volume control with mute button that I had on my old headset. It had volume increase/decrease and mute in line w/red light when muted and stayed muted until released. This was the description on this item with exact pic of previous headset I owned. However, when I opened the package it looked completely different than the pic and description. The volume was not plus up and minus down but was like a dial for volume. It also did not remain on mute until released. Instead, every time a call came in and the phone rang, it automatically unmuted on its own. Very disappointed and returned it because of this.
