Bought this to use speech recognition in Windows 10 so I could take notes while reviewing manuscripts. It captured most everything I said. I'll keep using it, but when it comes time to replace it, I'll probably go a level or two up in quality.

The headphones work for awhile and then they will either mute or change the sound of my voice. I have never had a problem with this particular model but the one I received is defective.

This product is simple to use. I would recommend it.

Headphones don't have very good sound, and other people on conference calls said my voice "sounded far away". I stopped using them after a few tries. Would not recommend.

Wound up buying a wireless headset and microphone because I was doing a podcast and needed a higher-quality microphone. Also, the cord connecting the headset to the computer did not allow me as much mobility as a wireless set.

Sound quality is sufficient for occasional use, comfort is not for all day wear. I purchased this as a backup for work. It is ok. Ears will feel pinched and sore within a couple of hours. I have to shift it to my cheek and alternate ears.

The only feature that I wish were different is the USB adapter. It is very cumbersome compared to most. As a teacher in a classroom, with not much workspace, I had to move the keyboards out to accommodate the bulky adapter.

Very little difference in quality between iPhone earbuds/mic and this rather large headset. If you want a headset instead, I'd opt for a wireless one or one that works this well, but is less intrusive in size / appearance.
