Sounds was okay but the device was painful to wear. I world not recommend unless you have a tiny head and leathery ears.

Stopped working in less than an week. I would not recommend this product. Random bursts of static were really annoying

Adjust the headset volume on the cable control. Make sure the headset is not on mute. The mute light flashes when mute has been activated. Check the USB cable connection to your computer. Try a different USB port on your computer. Connect directly to your computer. Do not use a USB hub. In your application and operating system, check the volume and microphone settings. Restart your application. Close all applications and make sure the headset is the default input/output device for your operating system. I hope this information will be helpful. Not my favorite item at this time. It is a shame that it did not work to its reputation. Going back to store Sunday to replace.

Worst headphones ever, do not buy them…only lasted a few weeks and had to replace them.

It was very uncomfortable for me to wear. I wanted to return it but didn't realize there was only a 15 day return policy.

Do not buy these headphones. They worked fine for the 2 weeks I would have been able to return them to BestBuy and then on the third week just stopped working completely.

within a few months of light use these headphones developed a loose wire. They would cut out at the least movement. Save your money. Buy something else
