I started using these this week for my job. The sound quality is quite good, and I assume that the quality for the listener is good, as I have not had any complaints. My issues are these: 1) I don't like having to go to a website to get a copy of the owner's manual; and 2) more importantly, I am not happy with how these are charging. Based on the owner's manual, the battery status light should be flashing or solid. Each time I have plugged the USB cable in to charge, I have had to jiggle the connection at the headset end to get the light to come on. I charge these overnight, using a power source that is always on. In the morning, the battery status light is off, instead of on and solid. So, I have to jiggle the connection to charge them again. I don't have the time to pack these up, return them, order another headset, and wait for them to arrive, so I will use these as long as they last, or as long as I can manipulate them into charging, and I will look for something better when it is no longer feasible to use them. I said that I would recommend this item, but that is only because they do sound quite good, and they are comfortable.

I teach live online classes for a major state university. Because my students are located at three campuses hundreds of miles apart, I teach using Zoom Meetings. I needed headphones that I could use at home, so other family members would not be listening in, and with a microphone that would transmit my voice clearly but would NOT pick up ambient noise. This headset is perfect for that. The earphones have great sound quality, and I have been told that my voice is picked up well without extraneous background noise. These are bluetooth connected to my computer, so I can get up and move without snagging a cord during 90 minute class sessions. The battery charges through a USB port and lasts for hours on a single charge. They are lightweight and comfortable, with no excess pressure on my ears and padded on the top bar. The two earphones fold inward and the mike boom folds up out of the way for compact storage. There are large volume controls and a mute button on the right headphone case. There is also a USB plug that stows inside the left earphone case that can be plugged into the computer as an alternative to bluetooth, similar to the USB plug that connects my Logitech mouse.

Bought these for my son who uses them mainly for his on-line gaming. Comfortable and great sound quality. I like the additional feature of being able to link a cell phone with bluetooth.

This is a decent headset - sound quality isn't stunning, but it does what it's supposed to do. It installs easily (plug in the USB connector for it and off you go).
Sound quality is good over skype and ITunes when on wireless or wired connections.
It is light and comfortable (for me) - doesn't make my ears or head hot.
If you're looking for really good sound quality, this isn't the headset for you. But if you want a solid wireless capable headset this works well.
I haven't tested Bluetooth or battery life on it, so I won't comment on that. The most I've used it off wire has been 45minutes to and hour.

I spend quite a bit of time on the phone for work using VoIP. I bought these for that purpose. They work great for phone calls and don't keep me tied down to my computer with a cord. The sound quality is good. Not gamer quality. But it gets the job done for a reasonable price. The range on it works about as advertised. I can get about 3 rooms away before it starts to cut out. The Bluetooth works well also(I've only used it twice) The only issue I've run into is, if my computer goes to sleep I have to disconnect the wireless adapter and then plug it back in. Other than that one issue the headset works well. I've already recommended it to several co-workers.

Works with bluetooth or direct to computer with usb donle. It's ligh, weight, which is good, but a little flimsy. The switch for on/off, bluetooth or usb is very small and hard to move to the proper position. It does control playback of audio on phone. Pretty good for the price.

Honestly love these devices I have two of them. They work just like they're supposed to be there very clear and because I spent a lot of time with work talking online and they weren't very expensive so I've got two of them so if the battery gets low on one I just flip them out real quick. They not only connect through Bluetooth but they also have a chip that you can take out of it and put it into the computer and it will connect through that wirelessly also so if you have an older computer that does not have Bluetooth in it your set

Light weight and comfortable. Sound quality is great for me, and I use on work calls all day long. The only downside is that the battery doesn't last all day. I keep a cord nearby for emergency plugging in (I've had to use it in the middle of a conference call). I charge between calls. It is always a guess as to how much time I have on a battery charge. I haven't found a way to check the battery charge level.

I set it up easily on my laptop and charged the little buddy up. Charging took awhile, but that's ok. I haven't used it a lot, so can't say anything about how long the battery lasts while in or out of use. I had to take it off several times to find the right button to use, but that problem will get solved as I get used to it. Sound was really good. Comfortable on the ears. And that means a lot to me because I have sensitive ears that do not do well with pinchy things or pressure things. I like this because earbuds are not an option for me. Haven't tried it with a bluetooth device yet, but that's on the agenda.

Fine value, but mine won't get through a 10-hour day, even when fully charged, and the included cable is too short to used it in a wired capacity unless you keep your computer on your desktop. Voice and speaker sound quality is quite good, however.

I actually got this Headstart for multiple reasons. 1. It was ranked as one of the best headsets on Dragon speech is website . Also unlike its counterpart H600. It gave me the ability to also answer mys it gave me the ability to also answer my cellphone. Then you add in the fact that you can fold them up and bring them with you . Then you add in the price point :)

Nice microphone for chatting on skype and dictation. Battery life can be unpredictable. But a much better product than the 600 series. Bluetooth doesn't work properly on Windows 7, but is perfect on Windows 10

The headset feels solid meaning like it will not break easy and yet has a comfortable 'grip' to the head. The ears are comfy and the sound seems very good. A good deal for not top line but secondary line headset.

Charged it up first. Switched it on near computer and it found 'device' and installed the drivers automatically. Ear piece controls work perfect and from others they say the voice they hear when I'm speaking is loud and clear. It says 40' range, and I've heard others complain about moving to another room and dropping off or temporarily losing contact. I've had this at 40+ feet without issue. Solid product and great value when on sale.

Well, I got this head set because I wanted to try the wireless and also because the old wired logitech A00008, which still good and working but the ear plastic things are pealing off and it leaves my ears with those things :) . Anyway, this wireless head set was easy to install, but when you turn the head set off if does not make the speakers on. Meaning you have to manually do it every time, which is annoying. The sound is pretty good. The only big problem, is that now a week later when I am playing I get an interference with the sound and then it turns off . It was not doing that before, not sure if this head set is defective so going to the best buy store to get me a different one. I think this time I will go for the wire one. Also the battery does not last, I have to connect it while playing so it gets charge. Conclusion, If you are a normal user, that listens to music and stuff like that, is great. But if you are a PC gamer, I think you will be a little disappointed. Good luck , and thanks for reading.

Really pleased with this headset - works great, is very comfortable and the sound quality is excellent. I just wish they would come up with a better way of switching from speakers to headset. Haven't tried this on Win 10, but on Win 7 you have to make it the default speaker when you want to use it and then set the speakers back as the default. But this is a minor annoyance in view of all the other positives.
