What I was looking for.

This is what I was looking for. Much needed in this environment where we are working from home all day on the laptop and attending many meetings. having these headsets on, I can multitask. The only issue I see is - wish there was a mute indicator (like a red colored LED light somewhere) that could tell me if I am on mute or not. Since these headsets doesn't control the mute button on Skype or MS Teams apps directly, its hard to say if I clicked Mute or not on the headsets.

I’ve had no issues with this headset and it works very well. For the price it’s great, I only wish it had an answer and hang up button.

They work well. I wish they were one-sided I just prefer her not having both over my ears. Our use them for work and they do their job.

I blame myself as much. 5 head set's purchased, and 4 have not made it through warranty. From premature battery failure to loose charging connectors. Instant connection is a hit or miss, but distance from receiver is good. ONLY good thing I can truly say. I keep wanting to believe LogiTech is of higher quality than experiencing, so, some of my dis-satisfaction falls on me.

Great bluetooth, wired, and wireless connectivity in one headset. Microphone is a little harsh to people on the other side, but great portable headset. Battery life is phenomenal. However they are about 10-15 percent more expensive than they should be. If you can get them for less that 70 dollars, absolutely go for it. For my needs at the time, they checked every box for what I needed so I spent the money. May be the same for you. Great headset.

I use this headset everyday with TEAMS and other similar type meetings. Coming from my previous wired headphones I am not sure what took me so long to make the swap. Absolutely love these headphones!

These Logitech Wireless Headset H800 are really good beginners headset. So far they have performed and worked as promised. I have only had them about a month now. If you have them connected via USB the wireless range is not great. However if you connected via Bluetooth then your wireless range will improve. Make sure your PC is able to support a Bluetooth card. I am sure there are higher end models that you can buy, but for the price and performance these Logitech Headset are great!

Best headset I've owned so far.
Since it uses it's own wireless frequency rather than Bluetooth, I get no lag at all.
Comfortable for up to 3 hours.
Holds a charge for a about 4+ hours.
I use it only for conference calls, no music or gaming.

I use these for teleconferencing at my desk. Audio is clear and volume is more than adequate. The boom mike picks up my voice with clarity and without background noises. Battery duration is about 4 hours. USB charging from "empty" to "full tank" takes about 2 hours. Links with Bluetooth or the Logitech dongle (supplied) in seconds.
You don't want to be "head bangin'" with these, but short of abrupt head movements, they stay on securely.

I thought this headset would extend a little farther than what it does. I work in the basement and going up stairs starts to breakup communication a little too easy. It's definitely better than the Logitech headset that's about 20 bucks cheaper but still needs some work. If you don't want to spend $300+ on a wireless headset then this is the next best option for the price.
