I was looking for one remote to control tv, cable, sound bar and fire tv but it didn't work out

I think that Logitech makes great products, but this remote was alittle too confusing to use for the wife and kids.

Great when it works, about one a week I need to go through the help process to get all items on the same on & off program.

I love the remote the only thing I hate is their software. It's slow and sometimes I have to troubleshoot.

I like the remote. Controls all of my activities, however the screen goes out after several months. I would hope it would last longer.

I bought this remote thinking tht the price would be worth in simplicity and ability to use many devices. I found it too complicated to get the remote to learn certain devices and once you programmed you still have to press certain buttons to use the remote. It made using the remote more complicated then previously ... I ended up getting a 12 dollar remote tht was simpler then this ....

Great for what it does and price. Newer more expensive remotes have more features and custom settings

I bought this without doing much research. Even product website it says support Samsung speaker system. But it's not working as expected. Never change speaker mode from TV to Bluetooth. Gives lot of trouble while turning on-off devices. If you use the 10 times a day only 4 times it works fine. Figured out this after the return period ended so could not able to return or exchange this product.

Works sometimes but not as well as the remote that came with the equipment.

I purchased this remote to replace my cable remote but it was less responsive and had half of the functions.

This remote does not mimic the Directv remote and is not intuitive. Symbols and text are very small so hard to read.

Sadly, this doesn't work correctly. It's a great devise if it worked, but sadly, it doesn't.

Not sutisfy with this remote control. Difficuilt to set up.

Works turning on all devices about 80 percent of the time.Still better than having 4 remotes to deal with.

This product is very difficult to use and set up. It is hard to just add a component and not mess up all the other settings.

Overall a nice remote but it does tend to have slow response sometimes and does have a shorter battery life.

Instructions useless & manufacturer support consisted of "I can't be bothered". DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!

Takes some getting used to but for the most part I can maneuver around my five devices with this remote.

This remote is constantly restarting and hardly ever works as promised. Not happy with this purchase

This is our second harmony remote. Had to replace the other one after 5 years of use.
