Overall this is a great product. Easy to use and update via the app. Feels comfortable in the hand and I love the charger aspect of the remote. What I don't like is that when you turn on "Watch TV" or "Watch Smart TV", it doesn't always set the Marantz receiver output correctly and I have to change it which sucks. Even though the remote is set correctly, it doesn't turn on everything 100% correctly. I also do not like the position of the DVR delete function since I use my right hand, it's hard for my thumb to hit low on the button. Great thing is that you can program the buttons to your liking...I just left it for now..."ain't nobody got time for dat!"

So our puppy chewed up the remote that came with our TV, so we were unable to use it. Thankfully for a while we did quite a bit through voice controls, but that got tiring after a while. So it came time to buy a remote, came in the Logitech Harmony 950. Now while this remote does everything and hooks up quick. There has got to be some sort of weird setting or built in lag that I cannot fix, because I have to press and hold the button before it will register. Which when you're trying to do something it can be frustrating. Would i recommend this to someone, probably not. I'm sure there is a setting somewhere to change the refresh rate or something. But I could not find it on the program installed on the laptop.

Overall this is a great remote and I love how each device interfaces. My only drawback is trying to add a delay to turn on some features. I’m still figuring it out, but everything else is very easy to work with. The overall setup is pretty simple and easy to understand. If you have multiple device and want one decide, I would recommend this remote!

I could kick myself for not buying this remote sooner. It’s a dream of every technology challenged individual to find a remote that doesn’t require a PhD to operate. I love this remote. It’s very easy to use; the functions are easy to read. You don’t have to press hard, or point it directly at the TV for it to work. A minor downside for me is that I have to use a stylus to press the numbers that change the channel. Probably something to do with having long nails — I use a stylus for all my electronic devices so it works for me. Best remote I ever owned.

Overall, the remote is a pleasure to use. I deducted one star because I would prefer physical number buttons to change channels and the battery life leaves a lot to be desired.

I've had several Logitech universal remotes. Setup is great. It interfaces with your computer and it is easy to configure. I with the battery lasted longer. The other I had used AA batteries and lasted months. This one doesn't last more than a week or so. I can't leave it in the charger because my pets will knock it off the charger so I keep the charger where they can't get to, not by the couch. I have set it in the charger and got the charging light only to come back later and find it hasn't charged

The Harmony allows control of multiple components with a single remote. It is almost intuitive in its use, once it is set up.

Good size for holding while using functions. Easy to read with good display. Had a previous unit, this one looks sturdier and more drop resistant. Does take a little bit of time to learn all the functions, but works well with Xfinity allowing you to access all of the same functions plus some.

I like the easy to use buttons. Don't have to press the buttons hard for each function. (on Harmony 700 remote the buttons had to be pressed hard to get function to respond) Have to be careful with the touch screen. It's too easy to press the wrong function. When on the devices screen (on a specific device) I don't like at the bottom of the touch screen their is an edit function. It is too easy to hit with out realizing it. I wish their was a way to lock it, or hide it.

Great upgrade from previous models. Easy to use and works for my home entertainment system. Only negative: the battery life per charge could be better.

This remote is like all harmony remotes, very easy to set up but can be frustrating. It does a very good job at macro managing my devices but at times is slow to respond to the commands of the remote

This controller is simple and elegant. Setup is very straightforward using the app on a computer. The library of devices and commands is complete enough to handle most needs, and configurable for special needs not covered. I was quite surprised at how easy it was to set up for all my gear, and how brilliantly it works.

I’ve had other Logitech Remotes and this by far is one of the best of the series!!! Easy setup and install!!

For some reason, my wife was confused with having 6 remotes for the home theatre system, so after looking at many remotes, I went with this one. Super easy to program, works very well. With single button, powers on and selects proper outputs / inputs for all devices including wii and Apple TV. Only complaint is I wish it had a tactile page down button. There is one on the touch screen, but it's something I use frequently. Overall very good, but a bit expensive. A small price to pay for no longer getting phone calls at work when my wife has a day off and wants to watch tv!

I've now purchased, and used for several years, three of these programmable remotes. The programming, using an online app, is simple and they have worked flawlessly. My only complaint is the physical shape of the unit. The back is rounded, presumably to better fit the hand, but it results in the unit being unstable when rested on a flat surface. Adding a couple of small stick-on rubber bumpers to the rear form a three-point contact when at rest and also make the unit less slippery on a hard surface. I trashed one unit by accidentally knocking it off a TV tray table and onto a tile floor because of the unstable rounded back surface. Just adding a couple of molded-in bumps on either side of the obverse surface at the top would fix that problem without interfering with the "hand feel" of the unit. Logitech, are you listening?

Easy to set up and use. Replaced a remote we had for 8 years and look forward to 8 more.

I had a previous Harmony that was 10 years old and some of the buttons were starting to fail so I thought I’d go for a “new and improved” version. This was not what I was hoping for. The good: It seems to be well made. It was easy to program. The not so good: I don’t like the touch screen. It’s way too easy to make the wrong selection. I programmed a couple of things I use most often to the lower buttons but those are awkward to use singlehanded.
I had to replace my old harmony after 3 years it had started sticking.this new remote kills batteries faster than my old one but nice overall and very easy to program

I previously owned an older harmony one which I used for a number of year until my dog chewed it up. I decided to give this remote a shot. Setup is easy with the software for this remote. After using their remote for a few months the only reason I don't give it 5 stars is due to difficulty entering direct channels with the touch screen number pad.

we needed to replace our old remote - Logitech as well. My only complaint is the old remote charged in a lay-flat charger. This new remote needs to stand, and called for revamping our entertaining area. Grrrrr So for this reason I can not give it a five star review. The positive I have entered the almost fully automated world. Not only does this remote work all TV, Roku, DVR, DVD and sound components, it works my overhead lights, AC, rumba (NO JOKE) and so much more. If only it could slice and dice and prep dinner too. Then it would be perfect!
