Very easy to set up and user friendly. Very sensitive to the touch, sometimes a little too sensitive.

Remote works nicely with the Harmony Hub. I do not think it is worth the amount they are charging but it definitely is a wonderful remote. I would recommend getting it when it is on sale or include it with a large purchase with the financing options. If you buy the remote alone I think you will be disappointed in the amount of money you spend compared to the features. Harmony has other remotes that are just as good as this one in my opinion.

I sure miss my original harmony one Remote after purchasing this one. It's very finicky. After a full charge, the battery indicator will still show low battery. The screen an not near as reaponsive as the old harmony one remote. Nice size compared to the ONE. Need some work for sure

This is my second Harmony remote, the other one I used for almost 7 years. This one is a big improvement in speed and user interface but still not perfect, you still have to hold and point the remote until it runs through the entire sequence, which still takes a while. The programming interface is awful and cumbersome. But it does what it says and it supports a million devices. Until is has real competition, this is the device to get.

Bought the 950 as a replacement for my 10 year old Harmony 900. Using the Harmony web site app, the set up was quick and easy...settings from the old remote for my 9 connected devices were quickly transferred to the 950. While it has been a bit of a learning curve getting used to the new remote (after having used to the old remote for 10+ years) I've quickly learned to appreciate the increased functionality of the 950 and ease of use. If you are looking for a universal remote that is easy to set up, easy to use (after a bit of a learning curve) but very functional, this is the one to try!

This is our third Harmony remote, and I do love that it is much easier to hold than our last one (such an odd shape). However, we had our favorites programmed in our first one, and on the last two, the Geek Squad techs don’t seem to be able to access favorites on the Harmony website, and neither can I. We just want it for basics, nothing fancy!

I own 2 previous versions of the Logitech Harmony remotes. Still using one. But this one is to replace one that started getting short battery life. Works just the same as the others. Was a pain to setup since I had two different versions of the remotes, and now a 3rd. Logitech's setup webpage did not work with the new remote until I "told" it that I "forgot my password". After that, works great.

Previously had the Harmony one, which is still working fine but decided to upgrade. I like this remote, nothing is bad about it...but, I would like a few more buttons instead of having so much in menus. Only other thing I'd like is a larger or more pronounced volume controll button. Other then that it works perfectly, seems quicker then Harmony. Has a nice feel in hand. I'm happy with it.

Easy to program and use. Haptic feedback is helpful to confirm button push, especially in the dark. Previously had Harmony 650 remote. This newer model has a TV favorites section to quickly access your favorite stations. This newer model also shows the steps as they occur for added confirmation. Easy to troubleshoot. Can control with programmed steps or by each device, manually. Only suggestion for future designs is to make Play, Pause/Stop buttons a bit bigger to better navigate in the dark.

I'm not afraid of tech stuff. In fact, I pretty much try everything kind of tech gadget that comes on the market. This came with my new surround sound system which included a receiver, a sub-woofer, and five ceiling speakers. To the receiver, I have a DirecTV box, a Blu-Ray player, and the surround sound speakers. Everything runs through the receiver and that reflects on the remote. I have a menu that shows "Watch TV", "Watch DVR", and "Watch Smart TV". And then another menu annoyingly shows up identifying each individual component. The problem is the small screen and all the buttons on this remote are way too small. I don't have huge hands, but they aren't skinny either and I find it very difficult to hit the right button. And some of the buttons are very, very touchy. Would I buy this again if I had known about the above? No! It's way too expensive and seems more trouble than it's worth.

Great in concept, however the touchscreen is annoying to use. I don't like this version as much as I do my Harmony One that has actual buttons. This remote requires you to look at it to make selections rather than being able to do it based on feel of buttons. Scrolling through the different screens also slows things down in use. It otherwise works as intended.

Very happy with the purchase so far, the software is very straight forward and works very well on my Mac. The physical buttons are great and is a nice upgrade from our older Harmony 1100. The touchscreen overall is pretty good but is not smart phone quality, some times I will have to hit the activity button 2-3 times before it activates but this has not been a deal breaker.

The use of the Harmony 950 remote is relatively simple, but my issue is with the touch screen. The touch screen has a very slow response and it is near impossible to use for selecting channels. For example, the HD channels through my cable company are are in the 1000's so if I want to watch CNN the channel is 1202. You cannot consecutively press 4 numbers fast enough. Usually I go to channel 12 then 02 if I am lucky. Sometimes I can only press 1 button. The touch screen is also very inaccurate. I am luck if I press the right number at all. So that is a major flaw in this product in that there are no physical buttons to select channels. I have the Harmony 700 and that remote works excellent. I would highly recommend that remote at half the price and much better functionality.

The 950 is versatile. One remote runs all devices and does everything the individual remotes do, at least in my experience. However, frequently on startup, it spontaneously launches an app or other source. Usually, it goes back to my selection, but occasionally I have to re-enter it. That never happens if I use the TV’s remote or the DirecTV remote. Also, executIng commands often requires switching between activities and devices, swiping from screen to screen and scrolling, for example, using the DirecTV 30-second advance feature. The push of a button usually does it on the other remotes. The virtual number pad is a bit fussy; a physical keypad would be much better. Battery life is relatively short, and the remote is not a bargain. In short, it does everything it promises to do, but it’s somewhat clunky and expensive.

After having the Geek Squad program the remote it is wonderful. Controls 5 different devices with one remote.

Amazing remote alone but works even better with the hub. I have firestick and it controls them seamlessly.

I recently replaced my old remote for this and I am not going to lie that I wasn’t intimidated on having to program this thing and let me tell you, it was the easiest thing ever!!! Literally it walks you through step by step with no issues other than me not being aware of what output was for what but that was easy to figure out. I totally recommend it!

Its taken some time to get used to having so many actions handled through soft keys (especially the numeric keypad), but once set up, it pretty easy to navigate. The ability to redefine permanent keys in accordance with quick push/long push is nice and gives a lot of flexibility.

We find the buttons are too small. Can be confusing to use at times.Have to change devices too often, to function properly. Battery does not hold charge for very long, no more than two days. Does not always charge when placed in charger, has to be removed and replaced a second time.

Setup is very easy. Controls all components, along with philips smart hub and bulbs. Best remote I’ve owned.
