I've had other Logitech remotes in the past and this one is by far the best one of the bunch. It was easy to setup and it controls all of the equipment in my entertainment system. The app that works with my iPhone really enhances the usability of this product. The only complaint is the buttons on the remote are pretty small and can be difficult to work with. Overall I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

I have a pretty simple home theater set up, tv with apps, 7.1 receiver, blue ray player, and chrome cast. Remote was able to integrate with all four devices and import their basic commands seemlessly from the Harmony device library. Initial setup was a breeze and basic commands worked right away. It took a little bit of time to figure out how to correctly program more advanced activities and sequences. The web support articles were a little underwhelming but after tinkering for a few days I discovered how to operate and configure all the features and evrything works great now. The wife loves the ease of use with one remote instead of three. The companion smart phone app is okay but I have pretty much stuck to the actual remote which has a great intuitive and simple layout and nice button responsiveness. Haven't used the smart home features as I don't have any smart home devices.

Really good remote. Solved my input issues that i had with my old remote but no backlight which can be a little annoying if you watchTV in a dark room but overall worth the money

Love this Remote, does everything I want it to do and more! Cant wait to explore it farther and see what else it can do, so far completely satisfied!

The remote appears basic and nothing flashy sitting on one's coffee table, It's compact, it's not backlit and there's no LCD screen (which I was concerned about prior to buying). But it's smartly laid out and feels very good in the hand and you can tell it's built to last. It also works extremely well and the hub allows you to not even need to point the remote at it (it works through your internet), just press the button and it works, even in different rooms. Super responsive, and the remote allows me to control my hue lights as well! But the real powerhouse is the hub paired with my google assistant (my home is fully under the nest/google ecosystem, with locks, thermostat, smoke detector and security/camera). It allows me to send voice commands to my tv (sounds hokey but you'll be surprised), but ALSO to set up routines though the google assistant app to turn on my tv,, etc. (I'm trying to still figure out how to get it to turn on my stereo to A SPECIFIC INPUT for my streaming when I say "Hey google, good morning"), But this thing completes my smart home. It's great! I love it. POWERFUL.

The Harmony Hub works will with Alexa. It requires resync quite a bit.

Push the music icon, you hear the stereo, push the movie button, dvd and sound surround, push TV - well you get it. Was a pain in the very low back to set up up. Turns out that as my cabinet contains compartments I needed to order an extra IR pickup. Once all was in order, my wife was happy, so I am happy. Four stars only because of the setup woes. In use for 4 weeks - very happy with the product.

I purchased to migrate control of my Bose system, TV, Cable Box, and Apple TV to one remote and integrate with Alexa / Home Assistant. It takes time to properly set it up and support from Logitech has ended (no longer sold). Nevertheless, it works most of the time. The control unit at times loses connection (red light) for a few seconds and then executes all commands previously sent. Works well with Home Assistant for remote access and home automation. Alexa requires you to say “Ask Harmony to…”.

This is my 4th harmony remote and it is the best yet! I needed to control a new Altice one cable box that only has Bluetooth so I was forced to replace my current harmony remote. At first I was skeptical about not having the screen however the remote is much simpler to use than past models and never beeps at me wanting to be charged! All around great product

The Harmony hub easily found all my connected equipment, as well as all channels added to the Roku. Setting up activities was very easy and required minimal customizing. The hub required a software update (done via the Harmony app on Windows) before working with Alexa/Echo. After that everything worked seamlessly and can now control TV, Roku, Netflix, etc via SmartThings and Alexa.

replaced 5 remotes right from the start. My AV receiver remote volume control stopped working which prompted me to buy this remote instead of a straight replacememt. Was easier to set than I expected. Tweaking some of the button assignments was straightforward. Wish the buttons were backlit.

I was tired of trying to figure out which remote to use for what I wanted to do. Now I only need one remote to control multiple devices. I can even use my smart phone or iPad and don’t have to search for the remote. One means of control is within my reach all the time. Great product and I highly recommend getting one.

I bought this to replace four remotes. Set up through the Harmony app is very clear and intuitive and within about twenty minutes I had control over my Apple TV, Yamaha sound bar, and most of my TCL TV. However, for about a week the remote would not turn on my TV. I had to go through the process of either manually turning on my TV or using the TCL remote. No matter how many times I reprogrammed the Activity information through the app or restarted the hub it simply wouldn’t turn on the TV. Once everything was up and running the remote would do everything it was supposed to do but the annoyance factor was pretty significant, especially at this price point. Just as I was about to return the remote it suddenly decided to behave and give me my money’s worth and now it controls everything flawlessly both through the remote itself and the app on my iPhone. So beware if devices don’t immediately respond after set up. For whatever reason it may take a few days.

Easy to set up, works through walls (although you need to get an IR blaster to your TV if you plan to hide the hub). You need some level of technical ability to download the app and adjust device and remote buttons and sequences. Knowing inputs, and adding other bluetooth remotes can be a bit complicated.

I've been dabbling with smart remotes for well over a decade. Logitech's Harmony line has been my choice for many years. The Stand-alone smart remotes are good, but still require connecting to your computer every time you want to change or update something. They can chew through batteries and can't be used while recharging them, forcing me to always go looking for the original remotes. And when the sequences are longer or the dogs decide to stand between me and the equipment, signals get missed. But with the Hub-based remotes, all of those problems are solved! The hub connects to your WiFi network and can communicate with your smart phone or tablet and also the Logitech Servers (for configuration) wirelessly. It discretely sits right next to all of your equipment where it beams/bounces RF signals right there, even when your pets are standing nearby. It's smaller display-less remote's batteries last a long time. But in the event that they are out, or you need some extra control of your devices or activites, just open the smartphone app for full access to every possible function! Hub-based remotes are even compatible with Alexa and Google Home so you can simply say "Alexa, turn on HBO" or "Hey Google, ask Harmony to Watch TV".

Bought this to replace older Harmony One remote. Pros that interested me were: - remote communicated wirelessly to hub so no need to point - remote did not need to be charged (~1 yr battery) - remote was much slimmer - could use phone as remote when needed Setup was easy since I had old remote and simply copied configuration to new hub. I liked being able to configure hub and activities from my phone and not have to depend on computer. With hub in fixed location and using included ir blaster for tv, got a reliable setup. Only disappointment was that the hub currently depends on having an internet connection for any activity which you are setting up. Had some intermittent connections today and could not use the Harmony.

This is my 4th harmony remote and it's the best one so far. The app is really good, make the setup quick and easy. Works perfectly for my ht setup.
