Love the new harmony remotes. These do 98% of what the Pro? Brands do for ALOT less. Like most home automation, you need to take your time and set the hub up correctly. I’ve installed the other brands I.e SV, ProC, RT, And I keep recommending these to my customers. Why? Unless your a brand snob, you absolutely can control an environment with these. Plus, the APP comes with the system! No more adding licensing and creating different orientations to make it work on a smart device. Or hunting for that elusive IR command! I just wish Logitech would make the Companion Remote backlit. I’d happily PAY more for that. Is it perfect? No way, But it is definitely the best value on the market Out...

Best decision I've made for my home entertainment center. I have multiple devices from smart TV, Blu-ray player, apple tv, fire TV, Western digital TV, qnap server, Philips hue lights, etc. Everything works perfectly together. Setup was easy. Wife can now watch TV with just one remote. No problems. One remote replaced 8. Awesome.

This was my first foray into a universal remote and I bought the home companion model so I could eventually add smart home products. I work in IT so I am very tech savvy, but I'll admit this Harmony system took some getting used to. Once I figured it out and how Harmony approaches device management it worked great. I love being able to use "activities" to turn on my tv, sound bar, and set the input to my Apple TV. I just wish it were a Bit simpler to switch to other devices for control. However, I just need to adjust my thinking and switch to other activities, I also wish I could program an activity to launch Netflix or Hulu from my Smart TV, but I get close enough. Maybe the more expensive remotes allow for that, but so far I'm enjoying figuring this one out.

I have multiple harmony remotes in my house. These things just make controlling everything much easier. I love now that this model has a replaceable battery. Very easy to use. Works as it should and controls just about everything.

Love harmony remotes but can be glitchy during setup. Had to try a couple different times during original set for recognition of HUB. Once passed that all systems a go.

This hub is really cool to have you can control your home as Simple as a voice command. My wife call me Lazy now love it

Intuitive to setup. Kids like the phone app. Remote well laid out for the adults.

It works great. One remote for every thing. what can I say I have three. I put them in different rooms. cons Need to have more devices with their remote info. They do have many of the remote programs.

I really appreciate this remote, and the only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because after I configure it, some studying is necessary to remember how to use/access the products that are synced with it. This remote allows me to set modes of entertainment that utilize devices that the remote will control seamlessly. However, I don't necessarily have the option to control one device at a time. For example, the Watch TV mode will utilize the TV, and Roku, but if I'm watching a movie on the TV and want to turn on the entertainment system, have to select a different mode, or I have to use the app on my phone to turn on the device, or I have to set the device as one of the colored buttons. Granted, the fact that I already know the resolutions to the problem I just stated should alleviate the issue, but the resolutions create different problems upon implementation. This remote could be much simpler to use if we primarily used the entertainment system, or a sound bar, but that's another resolution that creates different problems. Ultimately, I would definitely recommend this remote, and the hub. I think the hub and remote combo is the epitome of "Teamwork makes the dreamwork", and just like my beloved Dallas Cowboys, not all teams are pristine perfection.

It's what I'm looking for but when you're using the iPhone app sometimes it takes too long to find the hub. Don't know it's my wireless signal but I'm going to upgrade my speed to see. I have a 2 story so I had to purchase 2 hubs wish one can work for the entire house.

There are a lot of available devices that can be configured on this. However setting up some devices can be challenging to get the correct Activities, steps, values and delays to work. Once successfully completed, it works great with both the remote control and Alexa… You have to make sure that you have the Harmony skills downloaded for Alexa. It takes a lot of time...building activities & testing them several times to get it correct. Harmony tries to auto create activities, does it fairly well, but if you're trying to control multiple devices in one activity, that's where it gets challenging. Overall, I'm very pleased with the hub and control.

Received this remote as a gift and am really enjoying its ease of use and functionality. It is controlling my television, my PlayStation, my satellite receiver and my audio tuner. It does all of these things very well, I am very pleased with this remote.

So simple to integrate into my AV system. I have gone from 4 remotes down to just this Logitech and am so glad I did. Works with Apple TV also.

Smart design, well executed. We are using it to control a Samsung tv, a Sony Blu-ray player, a Yamaha soundbar, and a cable box. It was straightforward to set up and it works flawlessly. The remote is intuitive and easy to use. Good value.

If you have a smart phone then that is all you need to configure this remote . You simply ask the questions and it does the rest

I've had a lot of success with Harmony, this was no different. The setup, while a little time consuming, went really well. I was able to connect a newer vizio tv and sonos system in no time at all.

Very good remote that integrates all my devices. The app also works well and it is quick and easy to customize the buttons and make new sequences. A backlight for the buttons would be nice though.
